Soy cutlets are one of my favorite dishes from childhood (children like small cutlets, like chicken nuggets for example), they are crispy and very juicy at the same time :D My grandma used to make them every time when she ran out of ideas for dinner, they were cheaper than meat but contained a lot of protein. Mizeria is of course the best and simplest salad in the world, there's no arguing about it. ... Kotlety sojowe są jednym z moich ulubionych dań z dzieciństwa (dzieci lubią małe kotleciki, jak nuggetsy dla przykładu), są chrupiące i bardzo soczyste jednocześnie :D Moja babcia przygotowywała je za każdym razem, gdy kończyły jej się pomysły na obiad, były też tańsze niż mięso, a zawierały dużo białka. Mizeria to oczywiście najlepsza i najprostsza sałatka świata, nie ma nawet o czym dyskutować.
