I believe that in the first few seasons recruiting good youth players will be the best way for the team to grow, especially if the club can sell them for a decent price and buy even better players

Will the meeting be recorded for those who can’t attend?

In terms of league, I'd recommend a league where the team can be competitive first season so the team can grow since most of the players will likely be new and need experience. But definitely get your home field secured first and foremost so you can set training schedules and be ready to go as soon as possible.

You should consider putting a sash stripe across the team shirt for their first uniform set. Not a lot of teams do that anymore and it would stand out and be a cool spot for potential sponsors to place their wordmark.
