8-minute Beginner Box Breath for Anxiety
In this 8-minute guided breathwork practice designed for beginner's you'll learn the box breath (or square breath). This is an excellent calming breath exercise for bringing in balance. It's also a beginner-friendly practice - helping you explore breath holds which can help to stimulate and activate the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system).
Try this breathwork for anxiety whenever you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Because of how simple it is, you can do it anywhere - although I don't recommend doing long breath holds while driving. SO, park the car and complete a few rounds of box breathing to help yourself feel more settled before work, family events or whenever you need to connect more deeply with your body (to get out of your racing mind).
