Light-fastness depends on pigment. If you could include the paint names and pigment numbers that would help. Unless I missed it somewhere?

Hello I really love your leaf mandala.I love all the colors Autumn makes.I have been collecting all kinds of leaves each year and pressing them but ,I have been looking for a leaf project to do and I thank you for your idea.For so many reasons 1.I love mandalas 2.I can use fresh leaves,mosses,willow sticks etc. 3.I love to use what nature gives us. 4.I’m also a Eclectic Witch and I have been looking for a ritual of sorts to use leaves and nature’s bounty and this I’d love to use if it’s ok with your permission. So thank you so much for your video and the tip to keeping them fresh in the fridge with the wet paper towel. #question I seen you sprayed the leaves for keeping them fresh how long does your Mandela last for ?or do you just let the mandala dry? Hello Rosa! This is the first video from you I'm watching and while I'm writing this comment, I haven't finished the video yet so forgive any mention of stuff you may have already pointed out. I am doing lightfastness tests on Beam Paints and I noticed their colour Summer Sun Red PR170 is not lightfast and started shifting to a dull hue after 2 months of sun exposure. When diluted, it also fades. The diluted swatch of Mayan indigo completely disappeared from the paper after 2 months of sun exposure. My lightfastness tests are way more aggressive than yours, though. I put them on top of my roof under harsh direct summer sunlight in the middle of Spain.

These are very nice, high quality paints. I have ONE paint stone that I bought sometime back to try it out...a rose gold, I think. It’s really nice. I have a lot of other watercolors, but I want to get a set of maybe 6 or more of the Beam Paints....one of these days. I’ll need to set aside a nice chunk of change, since they’re fairly expensive, but considering the quality and the dedication to honoring the environment and loving the earth that goes into them, I don’t think they’re that “expensive” at all. Thanks for doing such a good color mixing...the primaries you chose are very crisp and vibrant and mixed very well!
