I have lived with this for the past 2.5 years and none of my doctors have caught it. It began with a massive headache that lasted for about a week while I was away on holidays. Now I have a very mild headache every single day but the differential between systolic and diastolic is as high as 68. My fitbit records my heart rate and it drops down as low as 39 while sleeping. I have less energy and I feel like I have lost 30 IQ points in the last two years. My vision has become more blurry, and I have changes in my behavior. All of which fits into the Cushings Triad diagnosis. Unfortunately doctors have not figured this out, but I have been able to research it myself and discovered what they have missed.

… But even if only to a small degree, it should depend also on the wideness of the mouth and some other proportions in that general area of the mouth and jaw. So you’d have to try to do your best to adjust for those variables and maybe vary, accordingly, how close-to and on which side of the corner of the mouth you use for determining the optimal endpoint for that end of the measurement.

Hi, thank you for your educating all. I was wondering if you’ve ever come across someone in a mva, blew 0.0 and was taken to the hospital for shuttered mental status. Bc I’m on a med that I took two days prior, it will show up as a metabolite. I was so alarmed I took myself to the hospital next day; worried I had a tia but came to find I had a uti and was admitted for iv abx. How can I bring attention to government that automatically work m give a dui regardless of the small amt of metabolite present. Thank you

    • @angelagendreau3586

I don't know as a rule but my husband had a car accident and he was doing decerebrate posturing and it lasted for a couple seconds. Like one movement shown. Then a little while and he'd do it again. It wasn't over and over frequently. He'd do it too when he was having a pain response. It lasted until he died.

Every medical director that I have worked with is perfectly OK with limb leads on the torso. The discrepancy between limb leads on the limbs vs. the torso are inconsequential. If you are responding to a suspected MI, or any cardiac, you're going to do a 12 lead anyway, where you ARE going to place limb leads on the limbs. 3 leads are only meant for routine cardiac monitoring, not for definitive diagnosis of STEMI or ischemia. I have never seen patients in the ED with limb leads on the limbs for 3 leads, It just doesn't happen, at least where I am.

The reason i found it was because it the video of high school girls fighting and getting her head bashed against the asphalt out of hazelwood east highschool. I believe she was showing signs of this phenomon on the video. Very useful knowledge to know when someone is in big trouble and it is a fascinating phenomenon, subbed

Can confirm you nailed this. Had sepsis a few years back from a kidney infection rapid onset took a nap feeling crappy woke up dying. Having a fever of 104-106 does some weird shit to your mental faculties I kept swinging between “I’m fine stop poking at me” and some variation of thrashing around once my Brain started processing how NOT fine everything was😅
