Yes, that's the fuselage from 4 years ago. That's me test flying the mechanics. The speed controller was set at airplane mode. But I ended up putting the H1 system on the Blackhawk.

Nothing lands on a ship. They board. One boards the helicopter, helicopter boards ship, it's a vehicle on top of a vehicle that's floating on water. But lets be honest here, even if you must arrest an F-18 in a controlled crash, beefy gear is merely an overcompensation for forgetting what land is. If you originated from the sea and had to do your first landing ashore, wouldn't you make the gear beefier because land is much harder solid ground with any cushion of water removed? Only thing bigger is the "land"ing gear huh... 'spicious.

@@Mr-pm3jp you don’t have a clue… helicopters land on aircraft carriers while at sea all the time. Which is the reason that the Navy’s BlackHawk has a robust landing system.

@@itzjoeylo4501 My bad dude, I understood exactly what you mean. I was just joking around with wordplay. "Land" as in soil, not as in touch down on deck upon arrival at carrier. I know "Land" is synonymous with any "end of flight touchdown" but I was having fun and taking strict coherence to the extreme by pointing out that "Land" more precisely means the moment of transition from air/sea to above sea level soil. Because strictly speaking, a carrier deck is just a vehicles(floating vessel) roof, which itself has not transitioned to soil, there can only be "boarding" aboard the carrier. But yeah, like I said, I know the Navy's F-18's also have the robust carrier gear as well, I'd assume all the carrier aircraft do.

The orange receiver works well with H1. If you have any other questions, just let me know.

12-inch figure is too big. You would need a 1/8 figure to fit in that helicopter fuselage

Are you talking about the fusion 480 made by blade? Are you referring to the satellites on the fusion 480? The H1 uses one satellite .

@@jamiegagnon5095 yes you can. The H1 system works with any helicopter that requires servos and tail adjustments.

Yes I've seen some people put it inside the fuselage. And had no problems. But I like to fly it with the GPS outside of the helicopter. If you put it in the right place it would blend in with the scale helicopter and you wouldn't really notice it. But to answer your question yes you can fly it with the GPS in the fuselage putting in the right direction. Remember it doesn't need to be in the back but it needs to be pointing forward like the receiver. Not side by side or under it but front to back.

@@georgiaconservative3253 I used the T-Rex 600 ESP. Because the elevator comes stock in front. Most of those uh-72 Dakota helicopters have the elevator cut out in the front.

Derrick got the receiver cable bound to a satellite receiver. What is your channel set up on your ix20? All other videos are not clear. I use switch B for flight mode and switch H for throttle hold. What other switches are you using to get all the programmable functions. Thanks again for all the support!

@@georgiaconservative3253 okay here's a video and it tells you exactly how to set it up with the ix20. In the video is ix12, but they are actually the same just one has 8 channels less. You can do it two ways. You can connect the servo connection from the bus connection on the orange receiver then follow the instructions for setting it up. But you also have to run a battery connection to the receiver to power it. And just plug it up to the H1. Or you can do it this way. Which I find is easier. The link at the bottom is one that shows you how to set it up with the orange receiver or any spectrum receiver And where to purchase that special cable. It feels real thin. When you paint it you might want to put some hardener in it. Or flaberglass tape on the inside.

Yeah I'm sorry about that. I was just trying to show what came in the Box. And didn't really focus on the camera angles. It was a new camera wasn't really familiar with it. But I'll try to do better. Thank you for the comment.

You'll be doing yourself a great deal of excitement. I fly my helicopters in Chantilly and Fort Washington with these aircraft any High School area is a good place to fly your helicopters. And if you need any help setting up your helicopter, just let the kids know. I have 13 plus helicopters

Okay here it goes on the 'orange receiver' where it say "bind" you connect that to the 'H1' receiver where is marked "RC IN". You you only need one line from the receiver to the H1. The connector is a servo two-sided female line. And make sure that you bind the receiver to the radio before you do the connection. the link below will help guide you through the rest of the setup. @Fran11784 I used a (OrangeRX R920X V3 9Ch 2.4GHz Full Range Receiver Suits DSM2/DSMX w/DIV ANT SBUS ) with the fly-wing H1, the 1 wire connection to the H1 was way easier than multiple wires using a PPM setup. But I believe the AR7700 will work. I have links at the bottom of the video talking about that different setups, check out (Painless360) link at the bottom . And by the way I'm put the mechanics in the video in my EC145 fuselage. I have video with the light setup on my page,

Yes it should work. The DX8 is a Spektrum Gen 2 radio. Make sure you follow the instructions to the T when programming it. Don't miss a step. Or you can end up doing what I did. LOL. With a DX8 being a 8 Channel radio you just won't have the ability to flip it upside down or one of the other pre programmable modes.
