All Alone is an album by Frank Sinatra, released in 1962. Originally, All Alone was going to be called Come Waltz with Me. Although the title and the accompanying specially written title song were dropped before the album's release, the record remained a stately collection of waltzes, arranged and conducted by Gordon Jenkins. The original title track is included as a bonus track on the 1992 com...

NAT forever!!!
Point of No Return is such a good album. It always kinda sounded strange (in a good way) to me. I’ve always wanted to hear the session takes for this album.
He’s like wtf going on 😂
"You're swelling up as i talk to you."😂😂😂
Does anyone have the Sinatra bootleg cd with the session takes of “Where or When” recorded around the time of this song? The cd is no longer available and I’d love if someone uploaded that somewhere.
I know how much people love Nelson Riddles arrangement but Neil Hefti outdid himself with his bands take.
Frank Sinatra was not only a wonderful singer and stage performer and actor, but he was a wonderful man who helped other people, no matter their race. True class!
His last words... Preminition : every thing would be over. "I'm loosing". He does'nt say "Bob" but "Bab".
Deano is right!
1969 My Mother took me My Father sent Me to Europe.
Beautiful Storyline The Guy From Hoboken.
Dean Martin sooo handsome
What movie?
"Colbert's mine"

What a legend
Norm & Don on screen together. Legends!
A lot of people don't know the Sammy davis Jr. Is have Puertorican😊
That is the America that I grew up with. I don't recognize the dark state that we are presently in.
I wouldn't want to live in that America, racism was rife and Sammy faced a lot of crap. They took out a mob hit on him when he dated Kim Novak.
You should, Trump is a monster turning black folks into Nazis. Just like this story. Read your history, folks.
I had an old family relative who was a nurse in a hospital for Sammy Davis Jr at some point. I heard the story in the 90s when I was a kid at the time and didn't really know who he was. But I do remember them saying that he was an exceptionally nice and charming man. He treated the staff extremely well and would make them all laugh.
The selfishness of the colonel cheated Europe out of seeing Elvis grow by lying to him that going to Europe was dangerous. all because the colonel was afraid he wouldn't get back into America because he was an illegal alien.
There was genuine love & respect between Sammy & Frank
Wow this quality is amazing! Original arrangement no voice whatsoever. Don costa outdid himself 👍
Wow, thank you!
My favorite cameo ever 😂
@@jamlaw mine too!!!
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 I saw the cast and was like, "wow, too bad Jerry Lewis wasn't in this, I wonder why?"... when the cameo came on I screamed with joy hahaha
A great album - particular favourite is come rain or shine
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Salute Frank ❤

Amazing upload! I’ve never seen this one before, ever. Are you a fan also of Jimmy Roselli?
@@primetimetv8452 Yes ! Old Wedding Ring is my favorite song of his !
@@primetimetv8452 John Travolta was supposed to star as Jimmy Roselli in a Bio Pic
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 I love that one too! His album “Lullaby of Broadway” has some big hits and a wonderful cover of the song Manhattan!
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 wow, I hope that’s still in the works
@@primetimetv8452 I don’t know lol that was in the late 1990s
He is killing them lol
Is that Norm McDonald?
@@taraswartzbaugh9780 yes from his movie dirty work along with Artie Lange
I like Frank Sinatra and the story of Don Rickles and the pretty girl at the restaurant in New York.
This is one bio pic I haven't seen. I look forward to tracking it down. These people, the Rat Pack, the Kennedy connection et al, are the cornerstone of early 60s pop culture with its political and racial undertones.
You Can Get on DvD It is easy to get on Amazon
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 Thank you very much for the suggestion. Cheers 👍
Fun Fact : Frank Sinatra got , Don Rickles into , Heaven as his plus one
😂😂
Heaven? Oh man i thought everybody know what happen when they die don't you know?
This shouldn't be in stereo. Were there 2 mikes present at the recording studio?
@@JustABowlOfCherries I think so, I was told Larry Walsh did the remastering on this album. The sound is amazing
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 so it was an accidental stereo?
@@JustABowlOfCherries I don’t think so, mono was still the standard at the time, but later Capitol Records used the duophonic sound aka fake stereo.
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 oh no. Was this duophonic?
I truly enjoy the boys cover on this one
I wish those two would have collaborated during the Capitol or Reprise eras!
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂😂
Do you have any favorite remasters, OGs or album versions? I really liked the 2018 stereo mix & 2009 MFSL mono mix.
I have the 1987 Larry Walsh CD, 1958 Album Pressings Stereo and Mono, 2019 CD and Vinyl.
@@LUCKBEALADY1965 Larry Walsh was an excellent mastering engineer.
You certainly deserve more subscribers for your incredible finds & efforts! I really hope TH-cam's more kind this time. Some changes has to be done about the current copyright-system in my opinion. It's a very, very complex issue.
Thanks for the Support, You Tube is funny about these things, I had issues with my other channel but I’m getting to the point where I don’t care anymore, it’s about sharing my love for the music. Check out my other channel Kingcole1965. For some reason, the TH-cam algorithms don’t like me I wish I could get more subscribers and more views.
Even though it's low quality, It's still awesome to listen to the alternate take of this session.
@@JustABowlOfCherries So True the quality is not so great
skELTON not skELETON.the dialogue even includes the pronunciation
How cool would it been if Don Rickles was there instead of ole Johnny?? 😅
Only in america!!!!❤
HOBOKEN NO JOKING 😂HIS DAD WAS A HOBOKEN FIREMAN 🎉❤😊
Imagine if Frank Sinatra was alive today the stories he could tell. I would want to hear them all boring or not
This channel is what I have been searching for years as a long time Sinatra fan! I can’t thank you enough for doing what you do Abbey!
Glad you enjoy it!
