"The Miskitos are a group of people with their own language, customs and traditions, living in the northeastern part of Honduras in the Department of Gracias a Dios.
As an ethnic group, it has its own unique culture and one important aspect is its music. This is the first presentation of the Miskito people. It is a live expression and is the feeling and thought of a region coming to light after centuries of darkness and ignorance. This is the first cry of the Miskito people by way of their song to tear away from the bonds of underdevelopment.
