Try using hose and syringe on the bleeder valve. You can press and pump brakes w/o air entering the valve because of the vacuum on the syringe.
Will the fuel spill if i remove the hose under the tank?
Yes
Only one pad the piston side should be greased! Properly remove all the grime from the brake piston, rotate it, and push it back in
Thanks for the input
Between all the shitty videos on youtube how to work on a versys finally somebody who has made good ones!!!! Thanks so much!
Glad you liked it happy to be of help
Thnx for this clear video!
Thanks for sharing! I just got a Versys 2011 so I was just wondering about that! 👍
Glad to be of help
You filled the coolant tank above the "Full" F-line. Based on the manual you should fill it till the F-line only. Maybe there will be some negative side effects if you overfill the coolant tank?
Hi, thank you for pointing that out. Yes I actually filled it above the F line initially and let it settled, the actual volume of coolant used was 1.2 Liters max
Do I need to fill the tank and the reservoir tank or just fill the reservoir tank? New to bikes about to change mine
@@samdavis1128 you can do both either, it doesn't matter as long as you fill it though filling the radiator first will save you a lot of time waiting for it to settle from the reservoir.
Thanks I did it that way. Thanks for the video
0.8 mm and 0.08 is a big difrence in this situation
Hey, thanks for pointing that out, the correct measurement is 0.8mm to 0.9mm, my video image has typographical error of 0.08mm and 0.09mm :)
Why is it so hard to change the spark plugs
Yeah, hehe they designed their motorcycles like that haha
'Yung akin hindi na bigla umilaw. Tinesting ko 'yung wire connection, 'yung wire na i coconnect sa ballast walang kuryente. Puwede ko ba ipa repair ito sa GR?
Hello, please ask your supplier for this. Thank you
Thanks for your Video! 🤎 I need to remove the tank to tidy up the cables (fog light installing). But now I'll check the air filter and change the oil too. Start working on my bike. Thank you.
Glad to be of help.
1 week palang po gr50x namin sira agad yung right side, mg clear water nlng tayu. Mas quality pa
Very good video ! Thanks from Argentina.
Glad you liked it!
Is that drip at the end normal from the plug?
Hi, no it is not normal. I actually tightened up the drain plug afterwards. If there are drips from the plug it means that the plug is not tight enough
Use copper grease! And first unlock the abs sensor (if you have one). And cleaning has to be done with brake cleaner!
mag kano inabot nyan sir
Front Brake discs: around Php18,000+ for the pair; Brake pads: Php8,000+ for the pair
Help full , Thank you very much 🙏
Mao ba
Nice video. Very efficient 👍👍
Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the detail tutorial! Do you need to suck out all the petrol gasolinr when removing the fuel tank?
No need to remove the fuel
Hi there, i didn't see you disconnecting the fuel tank overflow tube? The one running next to the breather tube down to your bike?
Its the BREATHER TUBE. Check 1:23
@@jnmtv6420 that's indeed the breather tube, but there should be two tubes running down. 1 breather tube and 1 overflow tube, so water can run down.
@@NeveMindAnything let me double check since there are only 2 tubes hanging by the kickstand, 1 for the breather tube and the next is from the air filter assembly however the one from the air filter does have a cover. thanks for pointing that out :)
Salamat po from Croatia, you helped out a lot man! :)
Glad to be of help man!
Great video but I wouldn't call it easy.
Hehe I meant "Easy" is explaining it in detail ;)
Do you need to empty the fuel tank? If so, what would be the best way?
You may opt to empty the fuel tank. Just use a fuel siphon pump. But emptying the tank is optional.
thanks for sharing this video, it helps a lot.
Glad to be of help
Great little video, not too long, the music is relaxing, keep up the good work
Anong size ng hex head ng spark plug?
16mm
@@jnmtv6420 same lng naman yan sir ng ninja650 right? Planing to change mine. Thnx!
@@rileysion474 yup
crystal clear video... good job
any difference with that new high flow filter?
I don't see any difference in performance (based on my observations for a year) but I think there will be significant improvement if I were to change full exhaust pipe.
how to join on versys family ? :)
The best on TH-cam. GOD BLESS YOU.
Your little clippy removal is so easy, unless you are outside thinking something wrong, which I was, and you SAVED me so much time! Your video was most excellent!
Thanks, my friend! Just what I needed to remove the tank for a valve clearance check.
Glad to be of help
Excellent video! Good mechanic! thanks buddy!
Glad it helped
good video, does this apply to the Gen 1 2007 model?
Hi, I'm not sure if its exactly the same but I think the basics are there, let me see what I can do. :)
How come lights with this cost have such issue?
Maybe because water/moisture can get in thru the drain located below the aux light assembly due to water splash/driving in flooded areas
@@jnmtv6420 maybe, do you have any idea what website is selling such lights?
@@lio1999 I just bought it locally here in the Philippines. I am not sure if there are like this in other countries or maybe its rebranded. From what country are you? :)
hm po
12k po sa LED Lights PH (Antipolo) ko sya nakuha
Nice video
Thanks
Great video!
Thank you for liking
, super💯💯💯👍👍👍
Thank you 👍
I presume you need to run the tank to empty first to prevent fuel spilling out the bottom?
Hi, there's no need to empty the tank, but you can do that either if you want ;)
Petmalu po Congrats!
Salamat po sir
movies 🤣
Cinematic sana hehe
very well explained video thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Sir san po kayo nakabili nang crashguard nyo sa V650?
hi, pinagawa po dito sa amin sa SJDM, Bulacan :D
Do you have a video with the electrical connection
Hi, no, but I can make one if you need it :)
Very nice ensemble... the sountrack, the scene, a cliffhanger!
Thanks!
