Worst product and the worst customer service.. Rarely it give proper results. I have a product with 1.5 years of warranty when I contacted customer care they said warranty is only 6 months. Even at Amazon, it shows a 1-year warranty and they provide code to extend 6 month and I provide that code.

It's a waste of money. It's not working .. In website, they said 1-year warranty but after you raised a complain they said it's out of warranty .. They try to find the solution how to refuse warranty (not try to find a product solution) In my number they extended product warranty to 1.5 year but when I contact they said it's only 6 month .. Now I complain about this in amazone with all proof ..

ON OFF starter wali motor h usme kaam krega kya? Ek phly liya tha wo kaam to krta tha lekin saath me light fan ko bhi on off krta tha. M 433mhz 4ch wireless wala use krta hu fan k liye. Ye Kitni frequency p kaam krta h ye wala aur kitne rupye me milega?

What if i do not switch off the alarm after switching off the motor? Will it reduce battery or device life? I have insstalled the alarm but people forget to switch on the alarm. 😢

Can it be used for Underground Water Tank Motor in a 5 Storey Building?

If my neighbour has the same controller, does it interfere with each other ? I guess, i would be quite easy to hack transmitter, so i can mess with my neighbours controller

I have made my own using 433mhz RF module for wireless communication, two arduino nano, one ultrasonic sensor to check water level in the tank, one relay to actuate motor, 16x2 lcd (i2c) it shows the percentage of water in the tank, one touch sensor to turn-on motor, rgb led to indicate water level, two Hi-link SMPS to power both setups.... #when i touch the surface of touch sensor motor turns-on when water level reaches 100% then motor turns-off automatically. I have been using it since last two months and its working perfectly. I also made it for my friend he is satisfied with that too

@gopaljhs भाई जी अगर ऐसा है तो इसका जवाब तो कंपनी को देना चाहिए हमारे यहाँ भी supply का पानी आता है। मेरी डिवाइस ठीक काम कर रही है मुझे 3प्रॉब्लम हुई जो मैंने अपने स्तर पर ही ठीक करा लीं। 1-नई डिवाइस की बैटरी 2-3 साल चलने का बोला था कंपनी ने लेकिन केवल 4 महीने चली चली। Device connect नही हो रही थी टैंक पर चढ़कर देखा तो पाया कि LED off पड़ी है कोई blinking नही हो रही। 2-ये सोचकर device, टैंक से हटाई कि बैटरी week हो गयी होगी फिर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक टेक्नीशियन के पास जाकर नई बैटरी लगाई तो पाया कि LED अब भी blink नही कर रही है। 3-फिर टेक्नीशियन ने similar capacity की LED लगाई और तब से device ठीक काम कर रही है 4-पहले नीचे वाली डिवाइस 3-4 घण्टे चार्ज करने पर 2दिन चलती थी लेकिन अब 2-3घण्टे ही चलती है तो continuous charging पर रखनी पड़ती है। Finally डिवाइस तो ठीक काम कर रही है लेकिन under warranty होते हुए भी समय की बर्बादी के कारण मजबूरी में temper करानी पड़ी क्योंकि खर्चा करके कंपनी वापस भेजो और समय खर्च करो ये परेशानी तो होती है लेकिन कंपनी ने प्रोडक्ट तो अच्छा बनाया है इसमें कोई शक नही केवल सुधार की और आवश्यता है ताकि किसी भी कस्टमर को कोई परेशानी ना हो। Device temper करानी पड़ी लेकिन ठीक काम कर रही है। ये मेरा अभी तक का अनुभव रहा है जो आप सबके और कंपनी के लिये honestly share किया। जहां तक कंपनी की बात है कंपनी respond करती है इसमे कोई शक नही लेकिन समय बर्बादी के कारण मैंने अपने स्तर पर ही प्रॉब्लम ठीक करा ली अभी तक का अनुभव यही है आगे का अनुभव आगे share करूँगा। सभी ने अनुरोध है कि कंपनी या प्रोडक्ट को बेकार ना समझें बस थोड़ी सी improvement की जरूरत लगती है जहां कंपनी ने इतनी मेहनत से device सभी के फायदे के लिए बनाई है तो फीडबैक के आधार पर improvement भी कर लेगी ऐसा मुझे विश्वास है कोई भी कंपनी लोगों को परेशान करने के लिए product नही बनाती। मुझे नही लगता किसी ने अनुभव share करने के लिए इतना समय लगाया होगा। नमस्कार!
