Napoleon Murphy Brock still has a great voice and adds the hand and body gestures to go with the words. That just elevates his and the band's performance to another level! Frank would be proud.

I agree. The uniqueness was Zappa's musical goal and Napoleon Murphy Brock & The Sheiks have expanded on the unique. Zappa and Mother's of Invention were always pushing boundaries of eccentricity.

Might not be ska, but the very best bassline on the album which first featured this song, was on the track 'Bwana Dik', with Jim Pons ( ex TheTurtles ) on bass.

Hi no eq used. The eq of the Amp was also flat.
@@sheikyerbouti3082 im a little stupid. What do u mean no eq? Thought that eq is in amp. I have tech 21 preamp and i put IT into my Amp. Is there another way ?
@@jedrusnowak3317 Hi, yes the amp has its own EQ, but i didn´t use it. All knobs were in neutral, middle Position.

hello. can u tell me how u deal with clank? steve clank is very different than mine. mine is loud and steves clank is barely noticeable by sound but u can hear it a little
Hi do you mean the clank in generall? Because there is nearly no clank on piece of mind. On later albums he had a huge amount of clank, but there he used another amp, where he cranked the highs with the eq and also used the aphex exciter. You can see the EQ settings in the rig-down-video of the last tour.

@@sheikyerbouti3082I believe that SilasCF had a video about this amp as well claiming that. I have a schematic of the RL250, I'll see if I can compare that with a DC-2 schematic and check it it's really as claimed.
