Are you sure this is a Week 4 game 'cuz Texas coming into this game was 1-0? Despite Texas winning 28-10, there were lots of turnovers by both teams (4 for North Carolina, 3 for Texas). In the 2nd half, the Tarheels had a pick-6 that was probably called back due to a penalty. The Longhorns are tops right now.
