Do not use this company. I installed the Dry Verge on December 8, 2023, and on January 2, 2024, two pieces were blown off by the wind. At the time of installation, it was claimed that this Dry Verge could withstand strong winds. I called the company, but nobody answered; it just went to voicemail. I left a message, but received no response. I also emailed them, but got no reply. I am truly angry that the Dry Verge was blown off in less than a month after installation. Later, I had to climb onto the roof myself to attempt to reinstall it, and I found that several pieces of the roof were broken during the installation of this Dry Verge by them. Now, I have to spend money to repair it. This company is completely unethical

Had to hire another company to redo damage. Stay away from this company.
Boston Smart Masonry should not be trusted! They scammed me for $12,000 to waterproof an area of my basement in July 2023 but I had to pay someone else to the job. They gave me a 25-year guarantee both on the contract/invoice and via text messages but they did not honor it. I looked them up for licenses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts but could not find them (I was fooled thinking that Angi already vet them). I asked them about their licenses but they told me they would show me a paper copy of their licence but never did.They had me write the check to Linard Hern. They simply stop responding. PLEASE BEWARE! They will tell you they'll guarantee the work and you should not be worried. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They'll present themselves as trustworthy professionals and get all your money and not do the job. It's unfortunate that I cannot post pictures.

We watched them pave over people's lawns with no prep . Look at the Google reviews. Should be criminally charged for environmental destruction because many of the driveways had to be hauled off !

The grade at side of house have no slope to drain water away. Unable to reach anyone.

Avoid! Our new garage roof isn't fit for purpose and needs replacing. Every one of our gutters leak. The facias blocked our windows from opening, and their solution was to push the facia+gutter up over the windows, so now our gutters go up and down, and hold water. They fixed less than half of the holes in my roofs felt, and claim that that's all I asked for. They also recommended and fitted a bird guard that doesn't work. They're asking for more money to come and fix their mistakes, and finally and best of all, Paul was abusive to me on the phone when I complained about the work.
