Lovely establishment, but I would've requested another waitress. The butchered French pronunciations (confit, duxelle) and lack of wine knowledge could be looked over, but to say "I don't eat brussel sprouts anywhere else, I think they're gross" is completely unprofessional.

Fun game! I like to cycle through all denoms to find most multipliers.

"time playing" is an interesting metric. You could have a slow dealer and sit for a long time at a table but playing 20 hands less per hour. If you're sitting at a slot but playing very slowly the metric (I presume) they count is amount of spins more than "time" spent sitting at that machine. Unless I'm wrong and it's literally just counting the seconds your card is inside the machine 🤷‍♂️
