We booked a unit in M3M Soulitude in Feb 2022 with our hard earned money, and after waiting for 2.5 years they have cancelled our unit, which is one of those 300+ units they have cancelled just out of their greed to make more money. Blunders done by M3M: 1. Booking taken on invalid RERA number 2. Unofficial Demands raised through WhatsApp Messages 3. Threatened to cancel the unit if we did not do self-funding 4. No documentation given whatsoever till date for the booking done 5. No Official Acknowledgement given 6. No official demands raised for payments 7. Harassed the customers to pay more money or lose the property They simply want to make more money by selling these units to unaware buyers at the appreciated value Please do not buy any units from M3M India in any of their projects. You are surely going to lose out on your valuable time and money invested. Please do not buy any units where bookings are being taken in the name of "Expression of Interest", especially from M3M India, as you are likely to fall victim to their scam, of which we are currently victims, and 300+ more buyers like us @cm Haryana, @pmo , kindly stop this kind of hooliganism from these builders. It is not expected in a Megapolis like Gurugram and that too by people who have faith in the current government and have voted for it.

I don't know - the time line of this video - but it is OUTDATED AND MAYBE PURELY MOTIVATED. M3M has just a few days back cancelled almost 300 units in both Soulitude and Smart World on frivolous grounds - which do not stand scrutiny, and so the hapless victims are taking the only recourse available to them - because the builder is NOT responding to their pleas. So , do NOT GET SWAYED BY SUCH VIDEOS.. else you too will just get involved and block tour money. IN FACT BE WARY OF ALL M3M PROJECTS- YOUR PROJECT MAY BE THEIR NEXT TARGET , BUILD ON YOUR MONEY, CANCEL WHEN NEARING COMPLETION - TO SOMEONE ELSE ...WOW SCHEME - WHY DIDNT SOMEONE THINK OF IT EARLIER - OK, PEOPLE WEREN'T SO IN THE FACE - WHO AND WHAT IS GIVING THEM SO MUCH CONFIDENCE?

Dont invest in these properties. It might be one of those 300 flats where M3M didn't give any documents regarding booking of unit from 2021 and kept asking for money without any BBA .And now they cancelled those units of buyers who had invested in M3M Soulitude to resell them at higher rates saying we didn't follow up. Is this not cheating and spoiling the chance of owning a home for so many buyers

BEWARE OF M3M Totally fake company, everything about this company is so fake. Beware of M3M, once you give them money then even God can't save you. NEVER INVEST & Beware of M3M as all it's schemes are PONZI in nature Cheat & dishonest management who never respects it's clients & keeps crushing & cheating them by changing the terms and conditions every now & then to demand more money. M3M grabbed 1.25Cr + 3 Years Lease from my 88 & 79 year old parents 5+ years back, gave over 60Lakhs Brokerage & expects me to pay this amount again, else willing to return only 25Lakhs & eatup 1Cr + 33Lakhs Lease. M3M sent bouncers at us on 23rdMay24 in their CRM office on 7th & 10th floor. Totally 3rd class builder. I can tell you with experience that there's no laughter or joy in buying M3M properties, rather your bad day starts once you've given money to this rogue builder, they'll keep harassing you for some or the other charge. My mother passed away on 25thSep24 due to grief & agony of losing the capital. STAY AWAY FROM M3M

A big NO. Reason :- Gurgaon to Sohna daily toll Rs 240. A person/family working in Gurgaon will never buy it in future nor will take it on rent.
