Script (she scripted every morning): - Start with gratitude for things you do have - Move on to beliefs and the things that you are grateful for that haven’t happened yet and be SPECIFIC: what are you looking for? What do you want? What does it look like? What does it feel/sound/smell like? How does it make you feel? Even go as far as to write down your entire day in that specific situation (For an apartment: Location, neighborhood, interior…) - Finish by signing with a thank you to whichever higher power or divinity you believe in 2. Once the thing is written, forget about it and go about your day (3. Be grateful for what you have, also look back at what you scripted and be grateful for the parts that manifested already)

Yeah shea is causing the acne sis. Wash your face with dr Bronners bar soap then put water on your face let it dry on it’s own, put water again and let it dry on its own. Your skin will dry beautifully and will produce its own natural oils. My pores are non existent now. Face clear. No acne unless it’s around my period which is normal. Thank me later.

I prefer the unscented body wash liquid from Dr bronners on my face neck and chest to remove all makeup and cleanse with. I tried tea tree and lavender. I’ll be using lavender for the body and unscented for face chest and neck.

the shea butter is causing the acne.... try using hemp seed oil to moisturize gurl...

I used the plain Castile soap the peppermint is too strong. It actually gave my face a burning sensation and dried it out even more you are a strong woman to use that peppermint soap on your face!
