In this video I will show you how you use the Flux GGUF model version in ComfyUI. This version is optimized for small GPU VRam and smaller GPUS with 8GB.
Installation:
If you havent used FLUX so far check out my video on how to use and install FLUX in ComfyUI befor you watch this video:

Update your ComfyUI to the newest version.
Update or Install the GGUF ComfyUI custom nodes:
github.com/city96/ComfyUI-GGUF
Download your prefered model from the following link and put it in to the ComfyUI/models/unet/ folder:
huggingface.co/city96/FLUX.1-dev-gguf
huggingface.co/city96/FLUX.1-schnell-gguf
In the video I try different version and end up by using the Q4_0 version which gives the best mix of features:
