      @@sheg9629 No sweetheart..... unfortunately you didnt understand what I was trying to explain. Idk if you watched the whole video or not... Yes we become adults and have responsibilitys like I do as well, Butt many people accept & normalize living a miserable life thats not in alignment with them second of all they lose the connection to their inner child which makes them lose sight of the way we used to see the world as a child through wonder curiosity and full of possiblities. By reconnecting with our inner child & keeping the child within us alive we can go after dreams or work on that project that makes us so happy or we can positively create a life that we desire where we dont have to accept...⬇️ Living a miserable adult life..... In your own world it may be just a dream, But in my world I REFUSE to accept & normalize that as adults we just become robots that live miserably & the spark we felt as a child is gone forever.... My inner child is the one that inspired me to be bold, move out of my comfort zone & try new things just like a kid which changhed me life for the better. Oh & yess ( daydreaming ) The very part that got supressed from education System which made almost every students feel like...."you know my imagination is not important, all these ideas i have about what I want to do is not important". Your comment is the very reason why i will film a video one day explaining everything about this topic. 🙏 Thank you for being here.

    Good question! I can think of various factors that involves people living miserable lives in acceptance. One factor is that to be able to participate in society, you have to sacrifice some of yourself (your quirks that are flaws) to be around other people. Another is due to employment. A lot of Western companies don't want high variable individuals and rather someone predictable to do work sustainably. Another is social media. The services hack our brains, sap our dopamine supplies and make us feel like we accomplished something by watching other people live fabricated lives. Another would be time itself. People need money to live, and so that means they have to work a lot. Then they get home, and have more chores to do and need to take care of themselves (e.g. exercise). This leaves close to nothing for hobbies, relaxing, it maintaining relationships and friendships. The human brain is built to work efficiently and cut corners as to save energy. So once everything is all done and good, it would most rather just do things that are low risk and high reward. This includes doom scrolling, addictions, or other. Of course, not all of these reasons are healthy reasons, but it's "just how life is", and lots of people see it that way. Hence the agreed miserableness. When the human brain actually gets what it wants in a healthy way, it will rely on addictions less and less. See the rat-cocaine experiment as an example. The best way to get better is find a social support structure for yourself, do things with other people as long as you're comfortable (though, sometimes you have to just learn to be comfortable), and find an artistic outlet (this also includes programming, soldering, carpentry, or other "logical hobby" for those who say they aren't creative). And consume less social media. The comparison of yourself to others will be your downfall. Try things, and see what you actually like. Find people that like those things too.

    Hey! Your video was so cool and meaningful to me, I'm currently struggling with a lot of things thinking about the future, whether I'm doing the right thing, and the fact that people I loved the most just moved on from me and we're no longer close, we don't even talk to each other. I'm trying to make new connections, I'm only a year close to graduate from uni, but i think about the future if I don't really get along with the people I'm hoping to be friends with right at this moment, I feel uncomforable going to classes, I see the very same people that I loved so much, the very ones that hurt me there everyday and it's hard for me to appreciate the present with them there, but I can't rely on thinking of the future while being overwhelmed by it too. Sorry for this extended paragraph, but your video really helps me to understand and connect with nature and appreciate what I do have at this very moment, my fam, health, friends (even though i'm living far from them), and I have the opportunity to do better everyday ❤‍🩹

    "Your Childhood Trauma Made You Hate Yourself" well you may say "but I alreadyy know about this" well then It's good that you know about this cuz now you can take action to change this. HOWEVER there are people that are walking around with the effects of their childhood trauma be it in the form of ongoing emotional neglect that they dont even know anything about because alllll this time they thought "I had a good normal childhood nothing bad happend to me" when people think about childhood trauma they think about all the traumas that are categorised in to the section of Big T Traumas which is why a lot of people dont know that they've experienced trauma but in a way that's less memorable. Or there people who've experienced Narcissistic abuse ever since their childhood from their parents & yet they dont even know that their parents were toxic this whole time. You think that you hating yourself just comes from you. But it doesn't. In the past before I started my healing journey I never looked into the topic of childhood trauma & it never even came into my mind as I was hating myself, not knowing that the abuse I've been through during childhood & that the reason why I hated myself & all these insecurities I had was due to me experiencing abuse growing up. So this video is for the people that wants to learn how experiencing ongoing emotional neglect or abuse or even experiencing only one time event of Big T Trauma & how experiencing their specific trauma made them hate themselves. 💕Make sureee you watch the chapter [ Why I filmed this video ] at the end of this video cuz I talked about some very important things that I wanted to share with you guys. 🙏 🌹Be sure to comment down below & let me know, what was your takeaway from this video? 🥰 I would lovee to know that! Hello beautiful souls!💖 In today's episode im going to be talking about [ How To Go On A Date With Yourself ] This video is for the people that want to go on a date with themselves but don't know how to plan their day for their date & are looking for Solo date Ideas & activities they can do so that they can plan the perfect & an amazing date for themselves. This video is also for you if you're Single on Valentine's day & want to go on a date with yourself as well as for the people that want to go on a date with themselves on their Birthday. If any of that resonated with you, then stick around because I have prepared quite a lottt of fun Ideas as as well as few self-love & self-care activities so that you can make yourself feel loved, seen, heard & special because that is a very important part of your date that will fill your emotional cup with so much love for yourself. 💖💋 By the way I would encourage you to at least do one of these activities & add one of them to the list of activities for your date such as: 🍃Writing yourself a love letter - watch this specific part of the video if you don't know how to write a love letter that can make you feel seen, heard, loved & special. 🍃Taking a walk ( but consciously connecting with yourself ) - watch that part of the video for more in depth information about this topic. 🍃Self-love Journaling session This is not not going to be your usual journaling session rather It's going to be a self-love themed journaling session. Check out the description Box, for the self-love journaling prompts that I've wrote down for your journaling session. I kept it short & simple so that you will have time for other activities. I prepared these three activities so that you can plan a date with yourself where you can emotionally get in touch with yourself, where you can make yourself feel seen, heard, loved & special.(Depending on the activity) Many people don't have a weekly emotional check up with themselves where they meet their emotional needs, so I thought for all thise people they can take adavnatge of this day & reallly show themselves some loveee, appreciation.🥰Cuz you deserveeee it! The activities that you're going to pick for your solo date will also depend on weather you want to stay at home all day or go out or both. 🙌 I'll leave that up to you. ;) Let me know in the comments down below:⬇️ - What are some or more activities you have taken out of this video to plan your amazinggggg solo date for yourself? • @lamisafaria
      @lamisafaria 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well no matter what you do people will always judge & criticize you. But in this video I wasn't talking about that. More importantly the way your parents talked with you & how they made you feel can & will lead to negative self, low self esteem & etc..Until one takes responsibility for their own self-love & healing journey, they can change all of that.🙌

      @@lamisafaria yeah, i guess because our parents were not aware enough to understand themselves & they have some hidden depression & they just put their negatives into us .. that's what i could say... They don't even know what they doing... And yes i agree with u .. but i do feel a bit of pity for them too,

    • @lamisafaria
      @lamisafaria 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah that's true, our parents weren't self aware & they learned parenting from their own parents and if it wasn't good then our parents projected everything they learned & picked up growing up onto us. Personally for me it doesn't mean that we should ignore or invalidate our feelings or not process about how we felt & what we've been through growing up, that's an important part about our healing & self-love journey.It's different for everyone & what they have gone through growing up.... I understand your point of view & see where you're coming from.🙏

    🍃A lot of people want deep down maybe in one aspect of their life they want more. For ex: a person is in a unhappy relationship where one partner is holding the weight of the relationship but doesn't wanna leave the connection, another person is in a job that's good enough & yet but deep down they want another job or they want to be self employed but instead that person supressed their need for that change and tried to tell themselves ( I just have to settle & be grateful for what I have ) another person has shitty friends that talk behind their back, are fake nice, are secretly competing with them & don't respect their boundaries but that person downplays the bad behaviours & but still choose to stay.... ⬆️The people I've mentioned above they all have some or all of these things in common👇🏼 - Doesn't love themselves, which means they don't RESPECT themselves enough to walk away from any person or people that don't treat them with the respect they deserve. - Some of them are people pleasers afraid to disappoint other people by supressing their authentic self + their needs. - They're are afraid to be alone & feel lonely. Because that person doesn't have a healthy loving relationship with themselves where they can be single & alone & feel happy in their own company or the ability to give themslevs the love & validation they seek from those toxic connections.... - They think they won't find anyone better because deep down they don't feel worthy of deserving better... 🔥People settle, people resist the change their heart wants them to make because they don't feel WORTHY & DESERVING of everything or certain things that they desire out of their life, or their connections.🙌 ✅ When you learn to see your worth, you learn to see what you DESERVE, & when you learn to see what you deserve you begin to feel WORTHY & DESERVING of the best.💖In whatever shape & form that looks like to you in your life." Because you care so much about yourself & your well being & you treat yourself with love & respect so much so that you WANT THE BEST FOR YOURSELF In all aspects of your life.

    ✅Practicing postive self talk is something you ACTIVELY PRACTICE every day & in every situation where you would've spoken with yourself in a judgemental + harsh way. It is about TEACHING OURSELVES a new of speaking with ourselves + a healthy & loving way of coping with our emotions & as well as working through difficult situations in a healthy way. Part of learning how to build a healthy & loving relationship with yourself is practicing positive self talk that's how someone that loves + respects themselves and cares about themselves treat themselves. ✅Something else I want to bring up is that when you have a healthy and loving relationship with yourself you learn how to be supportive + compassionate with yourself when you're kinda not feeling the best. 🙌 On your self-love journey you'll learn that altough sometimes you'll have negative thoughts, ( from your old subconscious programming ) it is something you don't have to engage in. Because you have learned a healthier & loving way of speaking with yourself. 💕

    ⬇️Here are the signs that your negative self talk or you judging yourself harshly came from one or both your parents:👇🏼 🔺️Obvious sign: Your parents talked with you in a negative harsh way growing up. 🔺️You always felt the need to be "perfect" because your parents expected perfection out of you and nitpicked you. Which leads me to my next point: 🔺️You have learned to beat yourself up, you're harsh on yourself when you make mistakes or have a hard time forgiving yourself...Again It's because your parents didn't teach you It's more than okay to make mistakes instead they expected perfection from you all the time. Made you feel guilty & bad for making mistakes. For Ex: ALWAYS needing to have Straight +As... 🔺️In childhood we also learn about our relationship with our emotions, so if you were told to "toughen up" - supress & not express your anger - or you got told you should not feel scared, anxious, or sad. Then as you grow up you will tell yourself the SAME things and also make yourself feel the exact same way the way your parents made you feel about your emotions. 🙌 ✅It is something I want you to be aware of if you were influenced negatively by your parents to talk & treat yourself in a certain way to judge & critize yourself & certain parts about yourself. It is something I want you to be aware of because it still might be infleuncing you right now without you even being aware of it. ✅UNTIL you start your healing & self-love journey and become aware of your childhood trauma that you've experienced + how it affected you, that you can start to build a healthy loving relationship with yourself.💖 It's not just the way your Parents talked with you that might've caused your negative self-talk It's also how they MADE YOU FEEL about yourself in your childhood & growing up. Such as experiencing childhood trauma will lead to you having a negative self-talk. But of course different factors can play into this as well, for example if you were bullied or your own insecurities & your unhealthy relationship with yourself can also make you have a shitty self talk.
