      Hello! If you are 100% sure for the hydraulic pumps, the only other connection to the hydraulic system is the emergency parking brake relief valve. I cannot find any other place that the two oils could be mixed...

    Hi is that a temp sensor you have coming out of the side? I’m trying to see if I can use that little plug for a temp sensor? I can’t find much info on it online, and I don’t want to find out too late it’s something to do with line pressures or something inside the trans. Thanks for the video!

      Hello!! No, there is no provision for temperature sensor on the AT. On the side we have neutral start valve. If you want to istall a temperature sensor, Allison puts in on the outlet from the transmission to oil cooler, so you have to find that hose, install a T of somekind and add a temperature sensor...

      Totally different engineering schools. USA vs Germany. USA is more friendly to the Engineer, and have the trend to make things big and long lasting. ZF on the other hand has managed to transfer much power in such small volume. This makes things more delicate, and easier to brake. So, both have their advantages and disadvantages...

    Hello good morning, can you help me with my 32000 transmission, the pressures are now good, but still the loader cannot move in any gear. When I turn off the proper shafts , it starts to spin slowly and then gain spin speed. What could be the problem?. Thanks

      Hello!! You refer to DANA 32000 transmission? What was the problem in the first place? If your pressures are OK, you either have a problem in the torque converter (most probable since your problem is in all gears, and both directions), or you have worn discs or some other mechanical failure. In general, if our hydraulic circuit is OK and the pressures are all ok, then the transmission has to be dismantled in order to identify the mechanical failure....

      @@christosmourafetis1656 it was said to slip while driving then went on a stand still, it just shake when you put it in to drive. I I remove the prop shafts and engage a gear it starts slowly and gain speed and when you put it from front to reverse while in gear it slows down and stops then follow the direction of the gear Pressure on Pump 240-260 Spool 125 Toque convertor 120 psi

      I just wish the ecomat would adapt to driving conditions. When I’m doing 40km/h in a quiet neighbourhood and barely on the accelerator, I don’t need transmission in 3rd gear making the engine scream at 2000rpm 😅

      @@AllieGee95 The Ecomats i know had a different issue... They changed to gear 6 at 40km/h :P litteraly straining the engine with too low rpm (750rpm) It's usually down to the loadsensor....

      @@AllianceB95 OH they had Topodyn, but it was poorly programmed it seems. See I wish ours had Topodyn but with adequate programming/behaviour. We’ve got a similar issue with our Voith DIWA854.5. It shifts too early. Cummins ISL8.9 has a redline of 2300-2400 depending on the MY. The DIWA it’s 2500 rpm… the damn thing always shifts at 1600-1650 on gently accelerations and when flat out on a steep hill, it will only reach 1900. It’s frustrating cuz it still has 400-500 rpm left to give. But nope it’s like “nah, I wanna take it slow”. Acceleration is pathetically slow. Bus #1207 seems to the be slowest in the fleet. It’s a NovaBus LFS Artic with said ISL8.9 and DIWA… I timed it the other day… 1m38s 0-100 km/h 🥲 it was a pain. The 80-100 was the longest part at a whopping 55 seconds.

      @@AllieGee95 Just the tought of that slowness makes my foot hurt because of all the thrashing i would do... Try this: If it does that 1900rpm shift again... Right when it does that let go of the trottle and smash the trottle... that might cause a panic attack of the voith doing a downshift and it might not change gear untill 2300rpm or higher. (it works on non kickdownbusses too)

      As an operator, I prefer the Voith DIWA 854.5 we have vs the ZF Ecomat or Allison B400R for its smoothness and retarder performance. Yeah sure the whine can be annoying to some, but overall it’s a really great unit.

AT 545 RM Allison in International 1998 DT 466 E no forward or revers , person was leaving truck in revers at loading dock with truck running shortly after that transmission messed up i have power to every thing to trans ?

      The other tap for pressure is almost opposite of the one you see. If you have no power at any gear, I would first check the main pressure. If main pressure is ok, then I would take out the oil pan and check for debris.

      Hello! The valve is adjusted at 11bar according to the manual, but this pressure can only be reached in high speed. In our test, at 800rpm input speed, this pressure was around 5,5 bar.

      Sounds like a seal failure of the splitter low clutch but it is also used in 1st gear, so you should have low pressure on 1st gear too. First thing to do is to check individual pressures at the side of the control valve, especially the splitter low one to verify that the problem is there.

    I've always like the noise AT545's make when they go into 2nd gear. Overtime they would like to jump in and out of gear or fry torque converters if neglected.

    WOW!!! thank you for sharing! im stunned that the distinguished sound cranes make while driving is actually from the transmission. I always tought it had to do with the way the air flows past the cooling fans.
