I visited my friends at this a LOW DENSITY MODERN COUNTRY MINIMALISTIC development covering 18 hectares, which consists of 5 phases in total. They have already released 2 phases, with 80% successfully sold units.

Sorry I wouldn't invest there or anywhere along the Caribbean where the sargazo is. It's only o going to get worse. I spent January through July in Mahahual and the sargazo smell at times was horrendous. Tourists off the ships complained.
