Being an expert in his field, He can restore lights in minutes just using simple tools with hands. Lights are mostly restored by removing a thin layer of lens.
Followings are the Steps For Head Light Restoration
1- Shave top layer with blade.
2- Rub 320, 400, 600 & 1000 sandpaper in sequence.
3- Melt & Soften all the adhesives.
4- Disassemble all parts.
5- Clean Reflector (if necessary).
6- Clean inner lens with luster.
7- Place the lens on place & assemble After melting Adhesive Again.
8- Fasten all the screws & Bolts.
9- Leave Glue to dry.
10- Clean with polish buff.
11- Clean the lens with cloth.
