I suffer from major depression disorder, and it has definitely made me feel like an outsider. It's made dating impossible as they soon leave when they find out. So I have ended up on my own. Good luck! You can do it. I lost 60 lbs in 9 months from 280 to 220. I've kept it off for a year now with no effort. My tips for you: - aim at 2 lbs per week with 1 lbs absolute minimum. This will give you some leeway for the odd family dinner or night out. You will reach your goal quicker than planned but the substantial improvements will keep you motivated - set your calorie goal and track meticulously. I used myfitnesspal and it worked great. (Get both 1lbs and 2lbs calorie limits) - eat on a small plate not a normal one - eat what you enjoy eating but make it fit your daily calorie count. E.g: i like burgers but I don't care for the bun, so I eat the burger without the bun. Feel free to hmu if you want to know more

TF prime is what I grew up with, still my most fav TF show. it has its flaws but it's good. RID 15 is also what I grew up with, and yea sure it's not as good compared to TFP, more childish but it's still a good show. I recommend both
