Looks rly warm 🥰
Yes very cozy :)
i adore that coat!
Me too it’s probably my most worn one!
The whole process is always so therapeutic to watch you make the most relaxing videos!
Thank you that’s so sweet 🥰
I agree with you about that length of skirt, its a great length. This skirt is simply perfection and looks stunning on you. I would be intimidated to work with that slippery fabric so hats off to you for making it look so easy. Love your making videos.
Thank you! I was surprised by how easy this satin was to work with. I think a silk charmeuse would probably be more difficult
I was just about to sew this skirt, glad i found your video so i know what to expect now! Thanks!
Yay! I’m glad it was helpful 😊
So amazing looks so cute!

Wow, what a sweet and beautiful coat! The fabric is perfect and watching from start to finish was so relaxing. Thank you for sharing🪡✂️🧵🌹🌼😊
Another beautiful project, Else❤. I’m happy to see your process when making this skirt. I think I’ve found another reason to “always” make a muslin and stay calm when sewing😂. Thank you for sharing another great project. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 for ban-rol narrow hems (so nice and easier than using my roll hem foot , just a great result. 👏🏼🪡🪡🧵✂️😊🌷
New subscriber and I’m excited that your video showed up as recommended. Your work is so beautiful and the results are gorgeous! The fabrics your mother make are beautiful. So much love and patience in each project. I’ve been watching several of your videos and I’m amazed at your calmness and attention to details. The narrow hem construction using ban-rol is my favorite method. This coat is just beautiful and the fabric match is perfect. Thank you for sharing your process😊❤✂️🧵🪡🌺
Beautiful coat and your attention to detail is so refreshing and a joy to watch! Thank you for sharing your process, amazing video😊✂️🧵🪡😊. The coat fits beautifully what a fortunate sister❤
@@brendajefferson5984 thanks so much for watching!
Love the video!! What a gorgeous coat. I know you didn't love the lining color but I thought it looked so pretty with the outer fabric. Final product looked stunning on your mom.
@@martha8798 glad you think so! Thank you :)
🤔😱
It’s a wonderful coat! And a fabulous video
Looks amazing!
Amazing as always! ❤
Amazing makes! ❤
Yay! Great vlog, I love watching you sew. I think I would agree with you about the toile, it is stunning though they are both gorgeous and both look so elegant on you. I was one of the antique gold voters hahaha but after seeing the shiny gold, I think the right choice was made.
Another amazing make 🎉
That fabric is great. Thanks for the heads up about Toronto fabric stores- in Hamilton we have a few foood stores too
Yes love shopping in Hamilton too!
New subscriber! Great video. I love the fit of style arc but the instructions should be a lot better
Yes especially for complex projects like a coat 😅
Yes! Cutest fabric in the world most definitely. I always struggle with jersey neck bands but I think you made good decision to take it out when it was gaping. I'm intrigued by the twin needle technique, I've always used a tiny tiny zig zag stitch but like the look of yours much better.
Yeah, twin needles are a lot more satisfying to sew with!
So excited for new makes!!!
That coat is absolutely stunning. And that fabric!! Gorgeous! I really enjoy watching you make this,, it;s kind of soothing to watch. Those welt pockets are impressive and just make that design so special. Great job!! PS Love your label.
Thank you so much Martha! Glad you enjoy watching 😊😊😊
Yay new makes!
2:31 love the hemming technique!
So handy!
I was holding my breath as you were seaming that curved waist band! I love the videos, I'm learning so much and love watching you sew. I never knew you could hand baste pleat lines like that and I always wondered how to do pleats. The final product is gorgeous!!! It looks stunning on you, youre such a talented sewist!!
Thanks so much! I’m glad you find it interesting haha
Amazing turned out great love the music!
Else this was epic, I loved watching the clog and seeing how you created it. and the final product is gorgeous. Looks so amazing and the fit is perfect. Gorgeous wool fabric. What a special coat made with so much love. Looking forward to more vlogs!
Is that you playing the cello in the background?
Yes haha needed some copyright free music 😅
