Today, I am installing a GBP OTR (over the radiator) air intake system. This kit includes a radiator from an Ecoboost Mustang with dual fans, custom fabricated brackets, and the HUGE intake tube. I am confident that this is going to help my goal of a 10.0x pass in the 1/4 mile.

      Catch cans are mandatory in these cars, tons of blow by. Most of these videos also show the factory recommended 6 quarts for an oil change. However they actually take about 6.4-6.5 quarts. Confirmed by 2 different dealers and a performance shop as well as my own experience with it.

    I just install that to my 2002 mustang and all looking good but the back too stiff and bouncy... dont really like that bouncy and to stiff.. any way or diff shock to replace to make it not bounc.?

    chains are off set, the tensioner arm with the little nub on it goes on the driver's side...it's not that big of a deal, but the chains will grind the edges of the tensioner arm lips off in 30,000 miles or so..

      Yup. Cheap ebay parts. It wouldn't work any other way. It was like there wasn't enough room to install the tensioner on the driver's side. Had me baffled. I must've re timed the chains 5 or 6 times before I accidentally swapped the the tension arms. It's still running till this day.

    My car has horrible NVH.. But I did the Steeda Polly Body Mount and the Trans Mount.. I am going to leave the Steeda Shifter bracket in and pop this out first, and see how that feels.. Because like the shifter feels better but the car is shaking bad too so IDK... It feels like it's Rowdy in the cabin and ready for the Drag strip and not meant for cruising on the weekends calmly.. OMG I couldn't believe the Vibration n Noise too..

    I guess I’m not getting it. Doesn’t that sleeve go over the shock body and you use the spanner wrenches to adjust height? The way you have the springs mounted in there would the mounts rotate and eject the spring? Has anybody else installed this way, do the instructions show this separation in spring and shock? If so this is not even a coil over.

    The Windsor heads have individual cam journal caps. The Romeo heads have cam cradles.

    Would you mind going over the cam bores and how you inspect them for excess wear? I know the oil lasagne can be checked with plastigauge but there’s not much info for how the bore surfaces and cam journals should look.
