Hi Mandje, thanks for your comment. You are correct, I was referring to the informal name of The Netherlands abroad. They mostly call the whole country Holland.

@@MinglingwithSherlin don't worry about it. I as a Dutchie still call my country Holland, as we did since forever. it only changed 4 years ago. Living here in Belgium pretty much everyone still calls us Hollanders

Hi Iphie, what are the regular Abuja vibes? I’m not Nigerian but curious. I hope to visit one day. I understand your sentiments on the franchise. I see it as entertainment, nothing to really take serious, for all we know the ladies are just acting.

@@MinglingwithSherlin nice to see you enjoy our Nigerian shows. Abuja is in the north central region of Nigeria. We are raised more conservatively in the North so we don’t show off our wealth in a loud manner. We don’t care too much about loud make up. The very wealthy and regular people behave similarly cos we are conservative by nature. Nigerians who are raised in the other parts of Nigeria; south west, south east, and south south are more loud in nature. They show off wealth in a lavish manner and they present themselves like instagram models. It’s beautiful to see how diverse and beautiful we are as a people. So I feel the franchise should have portrayed us the way we are and not portray similar narratives like every other place. The real housewives of Lagos is as flamboyant as it is cos lagosians know how to show off. The real Abuja people move silently. Those ladies may live in Abuja but may not have been fully raised in Abuja. We know ourselves when we see ourselves. You should visit. Nigeria is such a fun place to be. The vibe is different in every region but you will enjoy every moment. The food???? Till you visit. I hope you love spice though 😊😊😊

@@MinglingwithSherlin well I don't know where she lives in Abuja because......am in Abuja.....and trust me this is there way of vibing......you said there name doesn't reflect the nigerian names.....are you sure about that......a country with 250 cultures and speak 500 languages.........a country which is different from other African countries...... because it is made up of middle East and Africa...... northern Nigeria having Arab culture while southern nigeria being a little bit westernised.......and in Abuja....both cultures kind of mixed up.....
