365 Outlook From field problem after update
On end of March 2023, I updated my Office 365 version to 2303 (as in video) and found problem with the "From" dropdown menu, it cannot be clicked /disabled, so i cannot change sender with my other accounts.
Fixed this problem with rollback the Office 365 version to version 2002, old version but still stable for temporary until Microsoft release the next update to fix the problem.
Step by Step:
1. Click Start
2. Type cmd, on command prompt app, right click and select open as administrator
3. Type below command and press enter to rollback the office 365 version (just copy and paste):
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.12527.20194
4. Wait the process, and try again
If you experiencing the same problem, and you are not too far from this video uploaded date, hopefully it can help you to solve your problem.
If problem still, then you also can run the”System Restore” to rollback the update.

None of the tips here helped me. What worked was to switch to a different Internet connection. Just for the installation... Don't ask me why, but maybe this helps someone...

@@weknowyou777How about connecting to your mobile hotspot or USB Internet sharing? Besides, I tried to connect to my mobile hotspot, but still got "Setup failed to install the application".
