Fixing Up Heavy Equipment Injection Pump and Injectors (Nissan RD8)
This is from Crane engine (Nissan RD8). The problem was engine power is weak and engine dies when its hot. All fuel filters and hoses are new the hydraulic system is fix But the problem still happening. This is the last resort to fix the problem.

I test it several times to start the engine at the morning it start one click one time only, so I move out the pump to check and inspect it. I replaced the glow plugs with a new four, engine is overhauled, new nozzles tips, and fuel filter.

Walang pong galit ang makina.wala usok.malinis naman ang screaner..mabagal bumalik ang rpm maganda naman po ang cable ..4dr7 engine.salamat po sa sagot.
@@rodeliojarapa5444 maigi po direkta hawakan ang accelerator ng pump Saka testingin Minsan po pag stuck ang rack ng pump may hangganan lang ang Galit Nyan, yung matagal po bumalik ang rpm sigurado po Ako sa injection pump governor Yan Lalo na kung welding Yung nilagay nila na clutch gear. Salamat po.

Boss pdt, being an expert, kapag mausok ba ang 2018 Fortuner, dapat ba na agad agad palitan ang CRDI Assembly, EGR Valves, 4 na Fuel Injector ( isa lang ang defective) at Pump Assembly ? Pwede ba itong irepair o linisin lang muna ? Di kasi kaya ng budget !
Kung may koneksyon po sa pag usok dapat po talaga palitan, malalaman Naman po Yan kung Yan talaga ang mga sira kapag tumino na or nawala na ang usok. Kung pwede po linisin, linisan lang. Depende po Yan sa gumagawa.;)
