Ingredients
* 2 cups cottage cheese
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp dried parsley
* 2 tsp fresh or dried dill
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
* Add all the ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor. Securely cover the blender and blend until smooth.
* If the dip is too thick, you may add 2 tablespoons of water and blend again until you have a whipped dip consistency. You may do this step again if you prefer your dip a bit runny.
* Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed. The flavor will deepen and incorporate more as it sits in the fridge for a few hours.
* Place the whipped dip in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving it with your favorite veggies, crackers, or chips
