This channel will focus on the low carb and Ketogenic lifestyle. There are lots of great channels out there already on the topic, so why not just follow Some Random Keto guy as well.....This one will focus a bit more on the Dirty Keto side and flirt with the line between what they call "strict" keto and just a low carb lifestyle. I have lived the low carb/keto life since 2017 and felt out the entire spectrum from strict keto on up. What's worked for me to get to my goal weight was to focus on macros more so than than ingredients themselves and I'll explain why in my introductory video.....coming soon. Stuffing Keto meatloaf with random cheeses and peppers (jalapeño poppers meatloaf)

Here I am making a keto friendly version of meatloaf, stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños. You can stuff it with anything you like,. Heck, stuff it with cheddar, pickles, and onions top it with bacon and sugar free ketchup and mustard and you have Bacon cheeseburger meatloaf. Low carb cooking at its finest comes from variation and imagination.

This is a good recipe for low carb/keto black pepper chicken. I follow the “dirty”keto lifestyle so I do use a good Tamari Soy sauce. But if you are strict keto or have something against soy, sub out coconut aminos. Just use a good soy sauce that does not use wheat, read the ingredients, a lot of cheaper soy sauces use wheat. Kinda weird.

In this video I’ll show you how to make a basic chaffle for using it as a hamburger bun. Chaffles are pretty versatile and at most 2-3 carbs for 2. So you can easily make a huge filling cheeseburger for under 6 net carbs depending on your toppings.

These extremely easy ham and egg rolls are a great breakfast item for anyone on a keto or low carb lifestyle. You can sub out any filling type in the eggs you wish, i just used jalapeños, cheese, and onion, but get creative. Keto cooking low carb cooking

First and foremost, it probably shouldn’t be labeled “keto” due to ingredients. But it certainly fits the dirty keto or low carb lifestyle. But strict keto folks will lose their minds, that’s why I would avoid labeling it Keto. Keto foods should be friendly to all the keto tracks, not just dirty keto. The taste was great, texture was light and fluffy and not gritty at all. Price..... a bit heft...

The kids make a standard frittata with my oldest’s favorite breakfast meat.......spam. Don’t judge :) Anyway the recipe is pretty easy and you can add whatever you want be it bacon, sausage, vegetables, etc. We use 4 eggs, and 1/4 cup cream or carb master milk, and about 1/4 cup of cheese.
