Oh this looks so easy! I am using my Pressure Cooker XL tonight for the first time as a canner. We made a crock pot of chili and had 5 pint jars to fill. I did find that quart jars are too tall for the Pressure Cooker XL. My husband had made chili in the crock pot from tomatoes I canned 4.5 years ago. When you pop the seal they still smelt as fresh as ever, so we used them. Great grandma would have used them and she canned everything being from the days of the Depression. We will see how this goes. We have been wasted so much money on left overs and vegetables that go bad. We want to start canning more. Thanks so much Mama Z. I would love to see more canning recipes in this pressure cooker!

I use to quick release every time too and the meat was usually tough and chewy. I learned natural release is key for any meat to be tender and flavorful. Just my two cents.

good afternoon I have a quick question I'm letting my lemon and orange 32oz each extract brew. Both were only little more then half full, before I had org ran out of vodka, today about 4,5 weeks latter I whent and got more what I thought was vodka till I got home and topped of both jars realized it was rum😯did I mess it up? Should let it continue to brew?

My Panasonic bread maker requires all dry ingredients to be put in first and lastly put in the liquid, perfect bread every time.

Hi Misty it's so nice to see you back. Mike came out of retirment and is back cooking. He was the corporate executive chef for Ben E. Keith foods the last 18 years of his career. After taking a couple years off he got really bored and the $ helps out with the economy. He's working as a manager in our school district high school cafeteria and loves it. Short days and holidays off. Now we have the time and the $ to travel during summer. We will check out your srore. God bless your family. Rochelle
