There are so many of yours that are also some of my most anticipated reads! The Baby Dragon Cafe sounds very cute and is definitely going on my list. I really need to give Mira Grant a chance as I love Seanen McGuire's writing so much. I know it's different, but I gotta try it at least once. I did NOT know that Sarah Beth Durst was writing another book set in the world of the Spellshop! That's so exciting, thanks for giving us a heads up about that one! So many amazing books next year! Omg, I thought had watched this video, but I got confused with your first round of nominees reading vlog 🤦🏾‍♀️ The last two weeks have been chaos at my house, lol. I'm tempted to read The Wedding People as many people seem to like it. I wasnt surprised Stephen King won the horror because he tends to whenever he publishes a book, but I'm so sad for all the way better books that were in that horror category. I'm glad The Women was such a good experience for you.

I would be up for a buddy read of The Naturals it was always one that sounded interesting when you mooted it for the book club, but there was always another book that piped it to the post so I never voted for it. I want to read the courting of Bristol Keats but not sure if that will be as series or standalone on Goodreads it says #1 so will be holding off until I know for sure and if it is a series will wait till the series is complete. Nubia sounds fun I have enjoyed everything I have read by L L McKinney I want to get to her Mirror series this year but may see if I can find a copy of Nubia I want to read more graphic novels but the libraries here don’t have much of a selection. I have a copy of for the wolf on my shelves somewhere but not read any Hannah Whittin I hope to read the nightshade crown series once it is complete. I have already made a start on winterwood and enjoying it very much definitely giving the vibes I might my dear Hamilton especially as going to see Hamilton later this year when it goes on a uk tour. You have another fun tbr for this month I am not doing any formally monthly tbr for a while I will always have bookclub reads and readathons and some reading challenges I would like to do but while I will always read I have found that reading was getting a little stressful for me over the last couple of years so I will be focusing more on a monthly WHR (What I have Read ) rather than a TBR

I have quite a list of 2025 releases that I am looking forward too, many which are the final parts of series I have been holding off reading till they are complete including Human Rites (her majesty royal coven) and Mark Lawrence The library Trilogy. Like you I am looking forward to The rebel witch, Oath bound and The Maids secrets. Other titles I am waiting for are Emily Wilde’s compendium of lost tales. A witches guide to magical inn keeping and Katabasis. I hadn’t heard of but will also be looking out for The enchanted greenhouse , the spell-shop was a5⭐️ for me and the baby dragon cafe just sounds cute.

Love the colour changing microphone. Another good reading month🎉 but I make your book total 34 you missed out Everyone this Christmas ….. I knew this instalment didn’t quite lend as well as the first two but surely it wasn’t totally forgettable . I hope to pick up the wolf song series now it is complete. I might have to check out dread stream as I my agoraphobia was at its height in my teens so would be interesting in seeing how that was written. I want to read a fate forged in fire though will be waiting till the series is complete. I want to read the woman I was a huge fan of miss sigon so would be intresting in reading more set around the Vietnamese war. I really enjoyed somewhere beyond the sea and didn’t have any problem with its pacing. Looking forward to seeing your first TBR of 2025 and all the new things you will be doing in the year to come.

I’ve found that I’ve really enjoy the books on Reese’s Book Club.

You really should read Fairytale by Stephen King before you write him off completely. I really liked it! Only book of his that I’ve read though.

As a Stephen King fan for 30+ years, it feels to me that as he gets older, his technical writing skills improve... but I like his stories less. :-/

I am enjoying my broken binding subscription though I skipped this series and have only read one of the 3 series I have decided so far but am enjoying my beautiful editions and look forward to picking them up in the knowledge that when I do I can read the series in its entirety. I have also signed up for the sci-fi subscription and hope to start that next year.
