Yes this scheme is valid. Download a GR from the link given in the description and show it to him. But it depends on the location.

it's an better option for all residents of punawale to approach NGT ...then only this project can stop
Dont buy property here in punawale..
The dumping yard or SWM plant won't come up as it is too close to residential societies, schools, colleges & hospitals. Also because of this it won't only affect punawale but also the whole of tathawade, marunji some parts of Hinjewadi, wakad and other areas as the smell can travel upto 6 to 7 km in radius. So it's quite a concern for everyone residing in these areas
It has been stamped & confirmed. SWM plant has no negative effect on human body. There is no viable reason to revoke the decision.

Could you please help us with below queries - - Is there any rule that this exemption is only valid if the complete loan is approved and taken by a women ? - What will be the SD changes in case of husband and wife? like for ex, a couple applied a loan together but the 1st owner is women and the 2nd owner is a male. Are we eligible for 6.5% SD charges in Pune area?
