that's a good question to ask: you don't have to watch the video and can close your eyes, because you're not receiving this energy healing by watching. The moment you decide that you want to receive this energy healing is the moment the energy starts to flow to and through you. So you receive it by giving it permission to enter into your own body/energy field. And then you could change to another room if you wanted to and lay down, it would flow just the same. I usually recommend for people to lay down or make themselves comfortable and close their eyes because it allows them to fully let go, relax and draw their attention inward to what's happening in their bodies - feeling the effect of this treatment as its happening. ❤ Lots of love

@@the.dark.alchemist So I feel that the strength of your reiki was upgraded. I know I you will say you are channel for the energy but it’s affect on me was stronger than I’ve ever felt from a practitioner. I’ve listen to the video three times and each time it’s just as strong. Especially when you are shaking your hands over the solar plexus area and so yes your technique is also upgraded. And today I was different in the world - I walked tall, spoke with more authority and I was on top creative form at work ! That was the most intense treatment I’ve ever had. As soon as I’m able I will come to you for a personal treatment sis ❣️

I spent a year maintaining an art practice around the Full Moon. It usually started with learning a little bit about the astrology of the moment and then just kind of paying attention to my life for a few days around the Full Moon. Then, gather some friends and supplies on the night of the Full Moon and draw / paint / craft-whatever-with the Moon and our feelings in mind. It was always very revelatory and lovely to bond over sharing work with others.
