Pathetic service. Awakward bath. No service until many time requested. Bed sheet and covers were only change the side insted of replacing them. Shuttle service is also painful. Be ready for action if you accompying senior people with.
No sir, it's very good service. I was gone to umrah at last month and i was stay at this hotel 🏨 but everything is good. Maybe some issues has been made with you about service .
