Gotta love insurance companies.... literally had to be on the courts doorstep before they did the right thing(my roof got damaged due to a fire caused by an electrical box heating up and catching the insulation on fire). Like bruh some of the rafters were black from the fire and they wanna say "a simple patch job will do".
