السلام علیکم جناب میرے والد صاحب نے نیلام عام میں ایک پراپرٹی خرید کی جو کہ میرے دادا کے نام تھی اب اس کی وراثت ہمارے نام پر ہے اس پر جو میٹر ہے وہ میرے دادا کے نام کا ہے میں اس کی اونرشپ چینج کروانے جاتا ہوں تم مجھے کہتے ہیں دادا کے پوتوں کا این او سی لے کے اؤ تو جناب تھوڑی سی رہنمائی فرمائیں کہ مجھے ان اپنے بہن بھائیوں کا این او سی چاہیے یا دادا کے پوتوں کا اوپر سے میرے ایک کزن نے جگہ پر اسٹے بھی لیا ہے کے یہ پراپرٹی میرے دادا کی تھی اس میں میری وراثت اتنی بنتی ہے جس پر عدالت نے وہاں میری مداخلت فی الحال کے لیے بند کی ہے دبئی تھوڑی سی میری رہنمائی فرمائیں میں کیا کروں

Sir we want to install the solar system as well, I have a question if there is some problem in the paper work or if your meter is burnt how many month do you guys take to resolve that issue? Do you need 3-4 months to just get a spelling mistake or as you said in your last video to fix the pv capacity if it’s not correct? How many months does it takes to fix such issues? And do we have to pay the electricity bills for no reason during that time? Can you please guide us?

Sir in case of 3 phase meter how it is possible that inverter use units for inner load then remaining to export if we use other phase for import and one phase for export.please clarify

Sir 3 phase Ami meter has installed on my house made by kbk company. I have update it bi directional by requesting to SDO and now the aeros aprears but codes are not shown. SDO said in this kbk made meter only aeros aprears rather than codes. So please tell us where I read my export and import units in *kbk* 3 phase meter

ANyhow, i approached Wafaqi Mohtasib and they issued their decescion that my meter should be replaced with in 1 month. Now its about 10 months but my meter has not been replaced and still it is defective. Can you please help me that how di get rid f this situation?

MashaAllah doing best, pls suggest what are the timings for peak and off peak. So we can control peak hour units and work as per sequence to manage over billing in term of cost.

My file of net metering approved in mid August. Before installing green meter iesco changed my earlier 3 phase meter with AMI meter. On 4th September.Than I contacted the iesco to activate my export and they did it on 08 September. All the obis codes start showing including import and export. But at the end of month 30 September I received the bill which is the total of all the import and export combined. Mean I exported around 450 units and imported 600 units but I received 1050 unit bill of Rs 70000. Than I go to iesco cSO, they tell me that due to segment issue reading was not done properly and it will be corrected next month.and you don’t need to pay the bill. My MCO is shown on last bill already as done. Please guide me will my all export will be counted when next reading will be done? And it’s ok that I have no need to pay the present bill as they told me ?

Also they just added the 2 lac arrears on account of detection bill in main bill. Department is refusing any relief. What should be our line of action.
