To be honest I don't think highly of neither Crunchyroll or Netflix but it is true the more options are available to people the better. I don't know why it seems to be so hard. Make a streaming service, that is affordable for people. Make it be all anime. Make sure the episodes are released if not at the same time as in Japan, then as close to it as possible. With proper subtitles and no deviating from the actual context. No politics, no changing the story. Maybe add some explanations in case they are needed for stuff like puns, sayings etc. That is pretty much all they need to do. I am fairly sure actual anime fans will buy a subscription to a service like that in a heartbeat. I know I would. Heck they might not even care if it isn't as affordable as some of the other streaming services out there, IF the stuff mentioned is guaranteed.
