Meeting Copilot - my approach to GPT4
This was a tech PoC. It's a chrome extension, that:
1. Lets you craft or paste an agenda with objectives
2. Integrates seamlessly into video-conferencing platforms (Google Meet for now, but Teams/Zoom/Webex coming soon)
3. Transcribes the meeting
4. Generates snappy summaries based on the objectives and the conversation - it covers the relevant parts, not everything that's been said ;) I'm still surprised how well it does its job, even when the meeting strays from the original agenda
5. Optionally - it suggests insightful questions to ask during the meeting (taking into account what's been said already)

I had much fun preparing this and constantly switching between technologies and contexts. From conceptual and UI work (Figma) to 3d modeling (Blender, Substance Painter, etc.) to reading books about human anatomy and animating characters (especially facial expressions) to weeks spent in Jupyter Notebooks and Python (working with NLP and then performing AI experiments and training different Mach...

BEST way to use fSpy | ALL Options explained | FULL camera matching workflow with Blender

If you’ve ever struggled with fSpy, had trouble getting a perfect match, and wondered why following tutorials doesn’t work for you - watch this. You'll learn: * what every single fSpy option means * what are the common mistakes people make (both in fSpy and in Blender) * how to deal with cropped images / shifted camera * how to find the principal point (for 1-, 2- and 3- point perspective) * ho...

    Thanks for this tutorial! Most other tutorials completely skip all the key details for getting a good match, especially the principal point importance. I followed all your instructions. I'm getting a much better match now. I am working on a picture from 100 years ago. I have come to the conclusion that it was taken with a Speed Graphic news camera on 6x9 cm film, so I set the sensor size to 6x9 cm. I don't believe the image has been cropped. That helps figure out the principle point. Circular objects still aren't matching up perfectly, but they are much better.

    Thanks for the awesome video. I'm trying to use Fspy to accurately model arcade cabinets, and I'm having problems with accuracy. When I compare the shape of the model I create using Fspy and the shape of a model using CAD plans, they often don't match. Am I supposed to be able to model things accurately with Fspy? I think the toughest thing to understand about Fspy for me is 1) how to set the principal point manually when there are less than 3 vanishing points (which you did a good job covering) and 2) adjusting the focal length (when there aren't simple shapes to match in the photo)

    i think we can use plane to analyse the proportions from some known object x and y dimensions in the scene from blender ?

  • @kalpit3d934
    @kalpit3d934 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Please try to use addon "perspective plotter" which is built-in into blender and share your thought on it.

  • @count23all
    @count23all 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    would you consider doing a follow up to this showing how to work fspy with objects that are not archvis and more complex? say, cars, movie props, guns, etc? ones where the vanishing point is harder to define and the areas are far more variable? it seems fspy is really lacking in content around how to achieve that kind of photomatching.

  • @count23all
    @count23all 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    works great for Perspective Plotter (the fspy integration for blender) and fspy itself. And chance you could do a follow up on the other area that is sorely lacking for photomatching in fspy and blender, around objects where lines are not as clear, as opposed to simple archvis? like 3/4s lengths of planes, or cars, or movie props, etc?

    The issue, which a lot of these archviz images show, is that they have used camera-shift or tilt-shift. This will keep verticals vertical, no matter what you do. There are also special pense for photographers to do this. I remember having a discussion with the developper of this addonz that such images are nearly impossible to get right with fspy

    id rather use the height of that cabinet. From the image they looked quite square. You set it to 60cm width, i kinda doubt that working kitchen table counter is also around 60cm high. My guess its wider, since table counter is around 80-90cm high

    Thanks to this I've been able to use fSpy on pictures of complex parts on a plain background. There are no parallel lines to speak of, so you have to draw between aspects of the part you know to be parallel (i.e. mirrored about one of the axes) using the single vanishing point method. Very happy with the accuracy of the outcome, and it makes non-orthogonal reference photos more useable e.g. for CAD even.

    Some camera show slight/more barrel distorion or fish eye effect as well. Is there any fix for that, apart from fspy as well, even we dont know any idea about their camera model number because thosa are smartphone images. 18:45 If we close fspy even saved the file, all the work is gone which feels bullshit, what is the meaning of saving a file if can't be opened again...😢 29:06 here i split my view two part and use one for viewing and another for modelling to first trace outline in top or front view and then make adjustment in 3d. Also, i will recommend enabling extra mesh objects addon so you can add single vertex anywhere to start extruding anyway you want. Adding plane each time and adjusting it is highly time consuming. 31:17 you just use Shift+RMB to move cursor and if you hold Ctrl also then it will snap as well. Also, goto keymap and search "set 3d cursor" here expand the keymap and set the option to "surface project" default is "view" that way your cursor will always placed on the normal of the surface and you can use it to add objects at inclined angle (remember to change orientation from "world" to "3d cursor". Another idea coming to my mind is to use krita perspective grid feature to find guiding lines and focal point quickly. 14:35, what if the image is cropped all side ? Also if the image is extended by generative fill then maybe vanishing line gets incorrect.
