Oh my!! I just used this build for my first ever SIM 20 yr wedding anniversary family trip! Didn't know was by TH-camr tho should figured. I looked at ALOT of builds and loved this one. I feel like a lot of houses irl are a mix of styles, like maybe they originally were one style but then got updates over the years.

This is literally the most innovative use of the basement tool ive ever personally seen. I'm so bad at build mode, I would have never thought to utilize it this way....holy heck, I love this technique! You got a new sub 😍

Very good tutorial, made a cool chimney so fireplaces no longer look odd without a place to let the smoke out. I remember in the sims 3 fireplaces automatically made chimneys whenever you placed them.
