Hello, i had placenta accreta, after c section dr. Left 71×31 mm placenta inside. What will happen with me now? Is it dangerous?
Hi doctor please help me.. Pregnancy 23 week has mega cisterna magna 11.4 mm..with normal vermis,, that raised the possibility of arachnoid cyst/ black pouch syst😢 In addition to that there is echogenic bowel and raised nuchal fold. Nuchal fold thickness. .7.1 mm Nasal bone. 7.1 mm Further What should I do now? What test should I do now? Is there Down synonyms possible?
Hi with this findings its better to do amniocentesis for ruled out chromosomal abnormalities.
22 weeks pregnant, there's bilateral mild ventriculomegaly and bilateral pyelectasis Both amniocentesis reports are normal So what's next? How it will get better?
Hi , because amniocentesis is normal there is no chromosomal abnormality. Ventriculomegaly if is the only finding and all other brain structures are normal, only follow up is suggested. Pyelectasis needs only follow up
@@sonography_radiology brain is normal Now But bilateral hydronephrosis is still present

Hi Sir, I have a question. At 3:01 the pulmonary markings appearing more prominent, on the right (blue arrow) is it the superior vena cava? and on the left is it the aortic arch? Thank you
Hi thanks for your question. As you can see both of them are paramediastinal and they are pulmonary vessel branches, while SVC and aorta are mediastinal structures and in continuation of cardiac shadow. 🌹🌹
what pulmonary vessels specifically? thanks ahead 💖🥹 Pulmonary trunk (left) and right main bronchus maybe?
