You should try turning your wrists in when you extend out. It helps for cleaner reps
Props on the lift, bro! The incline on the bench isn’t going to do much for your shoulders . It’s going to do primarily upper chest and small amount of front delt. To get more focus on just delt, change incline to strict 90. Shouldn’t be able to use legs to gain leverage, like this lift. Better yet, stand or use barbell behind head.
I’m not going to say that’s wrong advice because you’ll get all upset. But there is a reason he is as old as he is and has a physique like that. Proper form. Which is, slight incline on the bench and elbows slightly out infront of you. If you keep shoulder pressing “strict 90” while sitting down, when you’re his age your shoulders and back are going to be FUCKED.
That is not an achievement that needed to be on video for the world to see
