Loved both of these movies 😊 These panic and anxiety attacks were done SUPER well. Especially how Riley came out of it, they showed her focusing on her surroundings like the whole. “Three things you can see… “ Okay I don’t remember the things specifically but you know what I mean.

And Inside Out 2 was still allowed to be funny about it while taking it seriously when the time was right. I mean, they had Riley's panic attack be represented by Anxiety turning into the Tasmanian Devil, and it still hit close to home for so many people.
