Chinese band saw Review ... Any good??
A review of my chinese metal bandsaw, which as it turns out is not bad at all. This metal bandsaw has featured in various videos, I bought is back in 2020, used it for 4 years, and it simply works.
Solid, accurate, and reliable, it's done nothing but surprise.

Smooth Ryanair Landing ????
มุมมอง 79210 หลายเดือนก่อน
My usual welding videos will resume shortly!! Ryanair smooth landing, who would have thought 😂 Just been on holiday to Portugal, flying Ryanair. Known for their ferociously hard landings which I have experienced before. Expectations were low on this bumpy approach to Faro Airport. Came in fast, pilot flared at the last second, and touched the tarmac so smoothly my phone didn't even wobble. The ...

    I heard you mentioned aerospace. Please can you explain how to form a black ring inside a two tubes when the two pieces are connected. I failed my weld test. Because the short term schools did not teach how to weld a tube to another tube and being able to form a black inside without blowing a hole. I want to work at a aerospace but I’m still waiting on someone to teach me. You may be the man🤗 Oh by the way thanks for helping in feed the wire. I’m going to practice while driving because I have a foot pedal, steering wheel as my torch and my free hand to feed the wire.😂

    • @thehomeweldshed
      @thehomeweldshed หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello, if this is aerospace and you need to join two tubes together, a black ring inside (I presume you mean behind the joint) is the last thing you want 😐 you need to back purge with argon to keep the inside free of oxidation. See my other video of how to root weld, might give you a better idea

Have you ever tried overlapping C's on the same fillet weld from right to left I travel pushing the puddle into a reversed C overlapping back to the opening of the C <---- to cover it .. Its a real strong one when mastered.

    If you are using Argon/CO2 mix you are MAG welding, not MIG welding.

    • @thehomeweldshed
      @thehomeweldshed ปีที่แล้ว

      Good observation. Most mig or mag welding processes use mixed gas nowadays. Pure co2 can be used, but it's mainly on general carbon steel fabrications. Whether it's mag or mig, most refer to it as mig welding anyway for simplicity

      Over engineered? Yep. Built this because I could 😂 Third degree burns? You can get those on any BBQ or smoker. Burns out in an hour? Well yes, but it's only little, it's not like you'll throw a suckling pig in there. Chuck in a mackerel and a few pork chops and they come out lovely 😋
