Thank you so much for this video. I watched other videos & just didn't understand. Your instructions were clear!
"Promo SM" 😏
Greetings, I was happy to find this tutorial; thank you for posting. I have an older Pfaff (4872) and have been trying to get the binding strip to center the edges underneath so the looper captures both edges. I’m using 2 needle cover wide, 1” strip. It consistently forms the strip with a wider margin on the right which means the looper doesn’t cover both edges. Needles are in 0 and L2. Have you ever had this issue on yours? It’s exasperating. Thanks for any suggestions! Also, did you ever live in NM? I once worked with a Nancy B.
I swear you are amazing with embellishments and curved designs. 😍
Nancy, what stitch did you use?
4 thread overlock
@@nancyb4444 thank you
Thanks Nancy, Judy must LOVE it there, such a gorgeous shop! An artist friend has been posting on Facebook so I'm going to share this on her Facebook page. I absolutely LOVE fishing too, maybe Jenelle, my traveling friend will stop by.
Funny, I was thinking pajama pants all week, especially for my husband. Loved this interview Nancy, Wendi is a great communicator! Software is calling for sure!
Wow Nancy, going from Tech to SVP, how exciting! I was in the Engineering field and like you mentioned also enjoyed learning every facet of Engineering just like you enjoyed Tech. Thanks for mentioning the Sewing software, I need to focus on that, I'll try and get more help loading it on my new Creative Icon. Hope to meet you in person or see you at one of the quilt shows soon, I live in Tucson Arizona, happy travels Nancy. Love the beautiful items you have created!
Agourdiva, the software is for your computer to create embroidery designs that you would then send to your Icon to stitch. Check out mySewnet on TH-cam for lots of instructional videos and the MySewNet Facebook page. Thank you for the kind comments!
Had to post this on my friend Tina's group page, Karen is such a motivator. Thanks for sharing these wonderful tips with all of us unknown fabric enthusiasts, lol. It's a heart warming experience to hear what we can create from others who have tried and tried again.
Where can I order this from?
You can order it from your local Husqvarna Viking dealer.
@@nancyb4444 thanks.
Awesome.
Darrelle came to Roberts Sewing Center in 2017, to show us all the great features of the PFAFF Creative Icon! We can't wait for her to come back August 25 & 26 2022! She will be showing us all the technological advancements of the PFAFF Creative Icon 2!
We can't wait to have Debi teach a class for us! She is scheduled for a visit May 20 & 21, 2022!
Glad I found you.
Nancy, this is a very helpful video, thank you.
Thanks!
Hi Nancy, what a great interview with Cindy Rich and it is such a pleasure to see it as well as her store tour; I just wish it was close to me.
Great video Nancy!!
I'm having a difficult time tracking down this attachment for my 7000.
Have you contacted your local PFAFF dealer stores? They should be able to order it for you, if they don’t have it in stock.
@@nancyb4444 It isn't directly listed and compatible with the 7000 but I did manage to find one. That tip about if it will fit the coverlock 3.0 and 4.0 the it will fit the air 7000 was a good one.
Love, love, love these videos. Please keep them up!
Thanks!

I would need a print out of a detailed tutorial... I am not a quick or easy learner on the software but I would like to learn it non the less.
I always have trouble with stitch regulation with feed dogs down...great advice!
Thank you Nancy for this tutorial. Would it be possible to copy the shape of the deleted ‘belly’ instead of drawing it freehand. Also, is there a print out of this tutorial?
You make that so easy. Look how beautiful the stitching looks with the white
Why thank you, ma’am.
Thanks for your instructions. Please may I ask a question? I do Premier + 2 software & subscribe to Platinum, Have an Epic 2 & would like to embroider the Yin Yang design which is on the library of mySewnet. I don't know how to print it to make a template with colors out of it, please could you be able to help me? If you can't where would I find the information. I have contacted Husqvarna embroidery support & Shawn, the technician, told me to go to my Premier + 2 & insert it, then print it. Tried but didn't work. Thanks so much in advance if you could be able to help me with it please. My email in my cell is: sara,alicea69@gmail.com. Thanks again for your wonderful video, subscribe & would keep on learning more, you are very talented.
After you insert the design, then go to File>Print and then you should be able to print out the design and on the last page will be the colors. Is that what you tried?
I just watched her on Love of Quilting this morning and had to search the name, which led me here. I love the floating stitch on the seam idea! Thank you for interviewing her. I subscribed here to see who else you interview.
Thank you... loved all the tips
thank you ...
Inwould like a demo of how to line up the border designs.
I'm not sure I know what you mean? Could you elaborate?
@@nancyb4444Thank you gor replying. I am sorry I did not make myself clear. I notice there are some lovely border designs using the ribbon attachment, and whilst I have no problem using the positioning feature in the machine I am wondering how I could make a continuous border using the attachment.
@@angelaregan475 Thanks for your question. I think that will make an interesting video, so I will make one soon and let you know when I post it.
@@nancyb4444 Fantastic. Thank you Nancy. Much appreciated.
Awesome vids!! Looking forward to seeing more from you! Btw, I think you should take a look at smzeus . c o m! Really think that it could help you grow your channel quicker!!!
Great interview! Love seeing all of the creative projects.
Karen's projects are always very creative and inspiring!
It is fun to hear each other share how we came to work in the sewing and embroidery field.
That was awesome.
Thanks-Cindy did a great job!
Carrie I love the many creative ways you work with fabric. You are a textile Queen! I would love a pillow. I loved those designs! Your heirloom dress is so precious. Maybe when your granddaughter gets bigger you can dress a precious doll with it. What a treasure. You are in your passion and love how many levels and doorways you have taken it. Bravo!
Laura I will pass your compliment onto Carrie. Thanks for your comment.
