WASP DELUXE: Used for the Reese bass pad. It really sets the atmospheric foundation.
Behringer GRIND: Used to build the hypnotic arpeggio, with subtle tweaks to the TIMBRE knob to shape and refine its character.
Ableton Live: Sequencing happens here, where I brought it all together with a thumping kick, crisp hats, and intricate percussions for that trance groove.
If you're into live synth tweaking and building melodic journeys, this one's for you. Let me know what you think in the comments and share your thoughts on how you'd use these synths in your productions or what video do you wanna see next! 🎛️✨

Sounds like a Sega Mega Drive game soundtrack!😂🤟🏻
👍👍‼️
What you're doing with the Timbre know, I wanna do that using the patchbay.
That sounds like a great plan! That can really open up new creative possibilities and you can most definitely modulate the timbre via the patchbay. Let me know how it goes!
I love this song you have made! 👏 🎶 But does not using a DAW to compile recorded samples count?
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the song. To clarify, the DAW was used solely as a tool to stack the samples generated by the GRIND, ensuring the composition felt fuller and more cohesive. No additional synths or sound sources were utilized, everything originates from the GRIND. While it's possible to control the GRIND externally with tools beyond Ableton, exploring that was outside the scope of this project. My goal was to see if I could create a complete track using only the GRIND as the sole instrument, with the DAW serving purely for arranging the samples. Thanks again for watching the vid.
Yes,it does!
Great FAT sound!
Very fat indeed🥰. Thanks for watching
The """ GRIND """" ❤❤❤❤😂🎉😊.. ARRIVED TODAY,, After spending an Extra 💯 Bucks on one on Ebay 🎉.. And BoY o BoY 👦 is iT WorTH iT 🎉❤ The Possibilities are Simply Endless Dude 😂🎉😊 its Even Better than I Thought it would be 😂😅😊❤🎉 Jaffa jenkins jams
it’s really worth all the money. Great little versatile synth.🥰
The Grind is one hell of a synth. Well worth it's money. Punches way above its weight and can get some serious deep bass tones, awesome pads and amazing leads.
@@AndyFirebladeMuza Hell yeah... i absolutely agree! The GRIND is an incredibly versatile synth that truly exceeds expectations for its price. Its ability to deliver such rich, deep bass tones, lush pads, and expressive leads is impressive. It’s a powerful tool for anyone looking to push creative boundaries, whether you're designing intricate soundscapes or crafting tight, punchy tracks. Definitely real real a gem in the synth world!
OOooH Why' Did YoU Choose "........ "" HapPY 😊 HaRdCoRe "" ...😮..😢😢😢.
I love in general hardcore music so i decided to make a live track using my synth in a old school “happy” hardcore style.🙂
@djdomixmusic it's MaD . It seems to be Really Popular at the moment..... I'm more of an Electro Geezer myself
How Did you manage to get the GRIND so early as mines not due till next year, may to be exact 😢😢😢
I managed to grab one from andertons (uk) as soon as they went online.
Hey there Bro.. 🎉😊. Great to see Someone getting to grips with the Wonderous GRIND ❤❤🎉😊.. I Ordered one nearly 2 months ago and only today found out from, Gear for music,, that I won't receive mine till next MAY ...😮😮😮😢😢🎉 I Went NuTTs .. then saw that someone had ordered one with the sole intent on selling it at a higher price due to finding them very hard to get,, i ended up 👆 paying £2.68 for it as i simply Can't 😩 Wait until next Summer 😅😅🎉 It should be with me by Saturday ❤❤🎉😊😊😊😊 Jaffa jenkins Dawless jams 😊my channel ❤
Wow, that sounds frustrating! The waiting game can be tough, but it looks like you found a way around it. I managed to get mine from andertons and then shipped it to my house here in Italy in around 2 weeks. Can't wait to see what you create with it!
You also used room level (21%)oxygen, your eyes, your ears and your hands to make this tune. FAKE! :) Then you paid a robot to narrate the video for you. SHAME! Also, good work a fun exercise indeed
😂😂😂Thanks for watching this fake video. Next time i won’t use any oxygen i swear
When?
"ONLY the Behringer GRIND"... (...oh and a freakin' DAW)
Yeah it's true but i've used it only for sequencing and recording. Every sound has come out of the GRIND anyways.
and oxygen
as someone who was into techno in the 90s my advice: just don't
don't what? please elaborate 😁. i also have a video coming soon recreating 90s techno using a 909 and a 303, and another one recreating "public energy - three o three"
@@djdomixmusic i just find cdw the most boring reprisal of old ideas i've heard in a long time. and the specific hype aesthetics and appeal are abhorrent to someone who comes from the "one love" loveparade generation
This is a fun excercise, enjoyed 😊
❤Glad you enjoyed
The acid tone is reminiscent of the Voodoo & Serano sound on Cold Blood (song at the beginning of Blade in the club). Or the song Blood Is Pumping, both on the same album.
You're right, there are similarities in both songs, but those tend to have a more distorted very very acid sound. Thanks for watching the vid❤
@@djdomixmusic well, I only said reminiscent lol. it was meant as a complement either way :)
@@Emily_M81 Haha, no worries! I got that it was a compliment. Appreciate you noticing the vibes
nice track!
Thanks🥰
Sweet. Sounds great. Thanks.
Glad you liked it💞
Nice video. Pls do more. This way I can finally understand how patchbay is working.
Awesome! I’m glad you liked it! I’ll definitely do more patching content.

Even without reverb or delay the Grind sounds grate.
The Grind truly is a cool device...
Really nice patches, i have the grind and the Edge and i only see few people making videos of the grind, i really apreciate you and wiss you make more videos like this!! Thanks!
Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I'll definitely consider making more content on the Grind! Next video might either be a live techno session with the Wasp Deluxe and the Grind, or a video where i make a song only using the Grind. Either way, both are coming up soon💖
