The person I tend to NOT confederate, is Gor Rok. He aggressive expands and can support way more armies than I can. He generally makes an awesome ally and allows me to micromanage just a bit less. The rest are all good for confederation. I will bring dead ones back is possible too, through rebellions. Due to the value factions place on settlements, it is usually easier to trade settlements than buy. On those army sorts, I would have dumped every cold one and feral bastiladon. I STRONGLY favour chameleon skinks... everywhere. Cold ones, even blessed are just so, so bad. Sotek stacks are fun, too Red Crested skink I consider melee dps, due to the small size and numbers in unit, they tend to hit above their weight. They are 'OK' tanks, but don't compare to blessed saurus shields with their perfect vigor. I don't even bother with temple guard, there is no need. I also don't see Kroak anywhere.

The reason your army costs so much despite upkeep reductions might be because of supply lines since you have so many armies

Salamander hunting packs are pretty good. The ancient salamander always feels like a downgrade to them. The Kroalk fight is a bit of a pain, but worth for the creepy undead stalker. Bringimg back the LLs and then confederati g them all is a good goal. Revivjng yhrough rebellions works well. Bordeleux never lives in any of my campaigns, never mind holding Harkon's territory. You can use humble heroes and lords to force recruit high level heroes late game. Instantly giving new characters their final mount. Best done with heroes, though, dye to supply chsin increases with lords. Arc of Sotek stacks are super good on this campaign.

Tehenhuain is actually a pretty easy campaign with totally busted mechanics. Very fun campaign. Gathers momentum super fast.. Turn 40 short victory is highly achievable, with a little luck. Replenishment and jubgke swarm 100 % of the time and attempt to give obsinite miners and upkeep followers. Nice banners too. Blessed Saurus shield gave perfect vigor and you will rely on them for frontline later. Chameleon Skinks ae also super, super broken. I actually have a Tehenhuain song, since I like him that much. Only current visible vid on my channel. I think people undervalue the 10 armor buff. It would be nice as melee defence, but still helps mitigate army damage. Weirdly, your start is pretty much exactly what I do., though I don't really need to feel send in skinks from behind. You end up stacking basic skink chief hero later, due to their final mount. Shaman are cool, but chiefs are easy to stack. Salamanders causing friendly fire is a theme of the whole run. Still worth it, imo.

My favorite thing to do with lizard men is to have a stalk skink army filled with a mix of both of them and to have them run around with a skink lord in ambush stance. Also sad fact the voice actor of oogie boogie passed away recently.

really wanted a tyrion campaing but excited for a Tehenhauin one next, this grimgor campaign was so much fun to witnesss

i know its the end of this campaign but imo grimgor's army shouldve been almost entirely black orcs apart from characters, no cavalry, archers of large units, just a pure force of fighting black orcs, PURE VIOLENCE AND WAAAGH!!

part of me wants you to paint the entire map green, leave no ally, neutral or foe unfought and conquer all the world

that was a mental campaign, really enjoyed it tho, ONTO THE NEXT ONE!!!

really enjoying grimgor ironghide, having the waaagh is such a powerful mechanic for greenskin, effectively allowing for double the armies
