Governments, the UN, citizens, and international and civil society organizations have long voiced concerns about the impacts of corporations on sustainability issues, particularly in relation to human rights and the environment. Our Legal Genius of the day: Professor Mohammed Fadel ( @Shanfaraa ) of @UofTLaw , here encourages people to provide “UNCONDITIONAL solidarity with Gazans” (this was while the massacres, rapes, and abductions of women and children were still ongoing). He then makes sure to tell everyone these acts are, in his opinion “not terrorism” and that Palestinians have the “right” to engage in such behaviour.

    I was tortured by the Canadian government. They should not be allowed to be a member of the commonwealth. The Harare convention clearly states a member engaging in human rights abuses be suspended from the commonwealth. Canadians are murdering and torturing in the name of h.m the Queen.

    It is very telling to look at our legal system and see how unjust it actually is. How can that be? How can we create a system of legal guidelines if these legal guidelines are unjust? CSIS and RCMP should not be allowed to operate under this type of covert veil. Yours very truly, Theresa Kuhn

  • @babykatiebunny

    This is outrageous and unacceptable in our justice system. It is an erosion of our Rights, as Canadians. The concept of gathering information at all costs, in the name of fighting terrorism has to end. Terrorism is real, yes, but it is also an excuse for the erosion of our Rights and Freedoms. Everyone involved, political leaders, Commissioner RCMP, Police structure, CSIS, Justice System acted without empathy or conscience whatsoever.

  • @babykatiebunny

    This also raises legal concerns about the government’s obligation to disclose all of the evidence against someone charged with breaching national security. John Mark Tillmann should be given the opportunity to determine whether information was obtained unlawfully. Security Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC) have access to all CSIS information, classified and open, with the exception of Cabinet confidences (Privy Council Office).

  • @babykatiebunny
    @babykatiebunny 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I spoke with Tillmann’s lawyer, Mark Bailey, he knows nothing of about the investigation by CSIS. This should raise serious questions about whether Tillmann’s Charter of Rights are violated and how the Canadian government pursues national security investigations.

    Unbeknownst to us, a CSIS agent moved into our home in summer of 2011 as a tenant bartering for rent as a ‘handyman/plumber’ from a post on Kijiji ad. The CSIS agent condoned activities that include: vandalizing my house and property, illegal telephone tapping, illegal computer wiretapping, illegal surveillance, character assassination, many ‘dirty tricks’ and compromising criminal evidence during a large investigation involving the RCMP and HRM police against John Mark Tillmann.

  • @babykatiebunny
    @babykatiebunny 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Security of Information Act (SOIA) empowered CSIS to deprive the innocent (my daughter and myself) of a solicitor-client relationship privilege, patient-doctor relationship privilege.

  • @babykatiebunny

    This abuse of power left me in a state of hopeless despair and impoverishment. Injustices were performed on a daily basis by the people within the system. The police, CSIS agents, Canadian Forces Intelligence officers, the Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team , Community Services, the Justice System, all used many of my friends and family to take part in this systematic psychological harassment and manipulation covert operation.

  • @babykatiebunny
    @babykatiebunny 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    I believe a branch of the Canadian Security Intelligence Services (CSIS), the TARGET APPROVAL AND REVIEW COMMITTEE (TARC) was granted permission to place me under surveillance and to open a clandestine investigation and operation. During this clandestine operation, I found myself fleeing from my very own home to escape this harassment.

  • @babykatiebunny
    @babykatiebunny 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    At the time, I did not know why this harassment was happening, and throughout the past few months, despite my efforts with RCMP, HRM Police, Community Service (Children Services) and Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team, I couldn't get answers. I have strong beliefs that my difficulties living under CSIS Rule are all under the excuse of ‘National Security’.

  • @babykatiebunny

    My name is Theresa Kuhn and I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. In February 2013, I was ‘gang-stalked’ by Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). Gang stalking is a covert investigation opened on an individual. I was placed under overt and covert forms of surveillance. This activity is vigorous harassment, a process that involves dozens of people, vehicles and radio communication. CSIS itself refers to this immoral and unethical program as “D & D” ("diffuse and disrupt").

  • @babykatiebunny
    @babykatiebunny 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Former Public Safety Minister Vic Toews recently retired partly because of all of the attention which has been brought to the fact that he has sanctioned CSIS to conduct operations which infringe upon Canadians’ civil and political rights as protected by statute including the use of psychological torture.

    RE: Violations of Charter of Rights and Freedoms Dear Prime Minister Harper, I am writing to you today to ask for an explanation and assistance in a serious legal matter that I am involved in. My story is appalling - a complete override of the Rule of the Law in Canada with CSIS and RCMP. This situation is a systematic cover-up across the Justice system, involving Cabinet Ministers, RCMP and CSIS.
