      I watched a video of the Singaporean President give a speech on the Philippines recently and the reason the Philippines are in such a state of squaller is due to the corruption amongst the Government that trickles down to all levels. It will never not in my lifetime ever be great!

      @GenproEnterprises thank you for prompt reply. Is it by coincidence that you mentioned my country? My country's defacto ruler is not her President but Prime Minister. IMHO the Philippines as a tourist destination is not value for money considering the poor infrastructure and lack of world class tourist attractions that are easy to reach. Traveling times are long even for a short distances and roads are notoriously known to be dangerous with a sudden lamppost in the middle of the road full of potholes.

      @GenproEnterprises 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@protegelin yes your Prime Minister went on to say that the Philippines is probably the worst of the Asian countries and that it falls on the lap of corrupt Government unable to move forward and will more than likely be that way for the next 50 years. I have involvement because I married a Filipina, there are much better places to visit such as Thailand which is much cheaper and has better infrastructure. It's sad as the Philippine people are so good!

    You need to consider the fact that in the US people earn far less per hour than in Australia. You don't get all the double time on holidays either. Plus many things you take for granted in Australia, like access to free or subsidized healthcare, do not exist in the US. As far as inflation..it's global...everything has doubled or tripled in the last 5 years.

      @GenproEnterprises 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Absolutely, but take into account what you are paying for and where. Apart from top tourist destinations the rest is a shithole. If it was not for my wife, I'd have nothing to do with the place, it really is a third world country, and it is a shame.

    that inflation is worldwide so the country is meaningless . the elite make billions when we have inflation. Its why they push it so hard. Some wars are pointless the main reason is inflation. its still very cheap compared to australia . 1 night in a nice hotel with a pool is 12000 - 16000 peso. So much cheaper in the philippines still. live in the province. Personally i love what they do with farless . You need to look deeper. Our culture and people are bad, far from no 1. You are just old and need better services. Like all the old men complaining you went there purely for pussy you cant get back home. You shouldn't complain about the outcome.

    Farken legend mate , I've got a similar duel axle trailer my neighbour built for me 20 years ago , when I look at what things cost these days because of greedflation I'm thinking well if I just make do with what I've got I can still have something cool. So I was thinking of just a wooden slide on for gear etc and a roof tent up top and I'd still have a cool set up I can take anywhere. Thanks for the inspiration.
