Honda FORZA MF10 / FORZA X (NSS250X) Honda S-Matic initialization procedure
Today we have the Honda FORZA mf 10
After changing the clutch shoe or V-belt or any service done to it’s electronically controlled continuously bar transmission (e-cvt) / S-MATIC system that could alter its drive belt previously pulley radius
We have to always do the initialization procedure ( it’s like system reset)
So here we go
Firstly put the scooter on center stand
Warm the engine up
Open the trunk
Remove the battery cover
Find the red four wire service connector with a with a dummy cover
Connect or short the red connector wires ( brown and greenblack)
Hold the shift- button and turn on the main switch
You will see gear 1 blinking in the gear indicator
After open the throttle from fully closed to fully open and then to fully closed
Gear 2 will start blinking
(Do not operate the throttle again)
As gear 2 is blinking start the engine
Gear 3 , 4 and 5 will start blinking simultaneously as the Power train control module (PCM) will store the data and set the belt to its maximum radius in the drive pulley
If all gears don’t blink or show up Re-do the process again

Yes he is right but if the piston is okay it’s possible to put a cylinder liner in the same cylinder block and use that same piston

Poor performance, black smoke and all before that is when you frequently use dusty roads it’s advised to be cleaned frequently to avoid some consequences
