what's up with the luggage? If you level your property without maintaining it then I am not shocked that it will overgrown with grass or something else;

I call this lazy clean up. When you clean up you clean all around the house. That house will be riddled with rats, mice and snake and any othe critter that likes all that mess. I see it had a side entrance but with all that mess Might as well close it off. With that side yard like that I would not want my kids there.
